    This is a cheap junk I bought it in January 2020 and it stopped working in April 2020 just a few days ago. It stop turning on. I went through all the Troubleshooting steps and even plug another device into the same plug. Save your money. Will never on anything that says Vizio on it. If I could give a zero I would!

    The bluetooth function is always inoperable (it stutters non-stop) and the subwoofer keeps disconnecting on EVERY single use (there’s something lose inside). Apparently, Vizio did a careless QI on this item (according to several VIZIO forums). I really regret buying this product, it is absolutely garbage. I Kinda want to just throw it away. Too late for me to return it, save your money.

    Had this speaker system exchanged because it just didn't do it. I like a lot of sound. And had this unit all the way up and still was mediocre

    The sound bar become unsych to the voices after commercials. And the subwoofers started to sound busted.

    Shortly after the Return Package opportunity ended, the subwoofer on this blew. And with that, the soundbar doesn't work great without it. Now I am stuck with a below average soundbar and am going to have to buy a whole new one. Would not recommend to anyone, if anyone has a better one that they purchased and can handle louder music please leave me a comment.

      Hi Omar. The sound bar shouldn't be turning off on it's own. It does have a sleep feature where if it doesn't detect an audio signal- it will power off to conserve energy. If it's powering off mid-show, or you'd like to disable this feature, give us a call at 1 (855) 833-3221. VIZIO

    Worked great for about a day. Then the audio started falling out of sync with the video. This got progressively worse until now the sync goes out mid-program. Now the remote no longer works either. I'm so disappointed.

    Returning this immediately! Ordered online, looks like it had been previously returned with printed tape around the box. Even if it were returned, an employee should’ve fully checked all of the equipment before returning it to the shelves for resale. Installed entire system to find out we wasted hours. Blown crackly sub sounds awful!

    I have gotten three different Vizio sound systems and they work flawlessly. Got this one for a gift and it is making the TV lip sync go crazy. This bar is complete disappointment and only worth the garbage can.
