bad deal

Doesn’t work like it should

I don’t know what to do about it because I no longer have the box it came in and due to the corona virus the Best Buy store near me is closed by the time I get off work. I feel I should get a replacement

Stopped working after 1 week

At that time it started locking up and not playing any sound. Completely unresponsive and had to be unplugged. New Year’s Day it stopped working completely after Vizio customer support had us unplug it and hold the power button to dissipate the power. Now it won’t turn on at all.

Often disconnects from sub woofer and sat spks

It often disconnects from subwoofer no matter how many times I physically pair them. 2.1 sounded much better with bass, this one gives out no bass while playing music even with right settings. I am done with setting up once a day and returning it today !

The sound bar should also output bass with most sources or as long as you are on the Music setting. Dead product

Wasted my whole day going back and forth never will buy vizio again

If you purchased it from a 3rd party re seller, it's possible that something happened to remove them that was outside of our control. That being said, if you could contact our customer service team at 855-833-3221 we'd be happy to see if we can get you the rear speakers.

Simply terrible...

Constantly disconnects, audio constantly loses its sync with video, will randomly lose sound strength. All of these require constant resets and now power on takes longer and longer. Do not buy. Pay for what you get. I’ll never return to Visio.

I like the wireless so you can place the sub 20 Feet away without tripping over wires. One bad thing is the power won’t stay on if you use HDMI ARC connection even if you turn off eco power. It will if using optical cable.

IF it works theres a delay in the audio when its working. Not pleased with it and reaching out to geek squad now for a solution

However the sound drops out from time to time, everyday, and one of the little surround speakers has stopped functioning. Would not recommend.

Great for the price; Samsung compatibility issues

However, I have TV compatibility issues with it. I just bought a Samsung - 65" - 4K Ultra HD TV (model: UN65MU8000FXZA). There is such a lag between the talking on tv and the sound through the speakers. Sometimes it takes ~5 seconds for the sound to start; which is a long time to wait when you are trying to watch tv. I updated the settings to take off all delay options. When I record shows and fast forward through the commercials and click Play, there's just silence. I have to end up rewinding a bit in order to give it enough time for the sound to come back on. SO ANNOYING!! I don't know if this is a Vizio or Samsung issue but I just want to mention the problem.

Sorry design team at Visio, YOUR PRODUCT SUCKS if your support folks can't get it to work. PS: Best Buy's geeks couldn't get it to work either.

Then tonight 2 days after the return period ended the soundbar turned itself on again I unplugged it and plugged it back in now it has no power at all. Tried 3 different vizio power cords still nothing.

Terrible Speakers

I'm one month past the warranty and I can't get these fixed. I will never buy a Vizio product again.
