This system is absolutely perfect for large and small spaces. It's not the highest end on the market but it doesn't need to be. Sounds are crisp and clear and no distortion when the volume is turned way up. The ARC capabilities make this a must buy. There's 1 model from Vizio on here ranked better around $300 and that model has Dolby Atmos ability. This model or that 1 I highly recommend. You'll be happy. Only downside is the remote. The LCD screen is pretty pointless because it's not bright enough to be simple to use and in darkness it's impossible to read.

Works well. Sound is clear... And comes out of the correct speaker. Sounds, voice, bass ect. The speach is clear and not mixed in with the other speakers unless it should be based on the scene in the movie. The rear speakers are small but work well.

At first glance, this system has a lot to offer. It is without a doubt the best value per dollar for a 5.1 soundbar. Comparable systems cost twice as much. Unfortunately, when something seems too good to be true, it usually is. There is a problem with the unit shutting off by itself. All my A/V equipment since the turn if the century has had all its “power saver” or “eco options” turned off to avoid any interruptions in my video or audio enjoyment. (I am able to turn off a device on my own when I’m done with it)The reason I bring this up is because a lot of people (including Vizio CSRs)have claimed that the power saving option must be on if the soundbar turns itself off. Well, I’m here writing this review to tell you that the hundreds of people who have tried everything to fix this problem have ended up either returning it to the place they purchased it or were stuck with the faulty product due to waiting past the return date. Save yourself a headache and time. Avoid Vizio soundbars

I wasn’t sure how it would sound because I’ve never bought anything vizio but I was absolutely impressed with the sound.

I like the added surrounds, which ARE separate rear channels, not the "fake" stereo surrounds. I have this connected via the HDMI ARC input on my TV. I have found even with making tweaks on the app, I have to play with the volume button alot, not sure if it is the TV or satelite that is the issue as I tend to believe it is the source of the occasionally uneven audio not a fault of this Vizio 5.1 set.. Either the dialogue is too quiet, but when I turn it up, some action happens and it is too loud overall. Still trying to zero in on a good balance, but this is an improvement over my previous 2.1 sound bar system, and I got this on sale.

I was looking for a simple upgrade from my older soundbar. I was looking for a 3.1, but I was able to get this one for less than one of those. The possibility of extra surround sound is well worth the price. It was very easy to set up, and sounds awesome.

I have this surround sound system connected to my 4K TV. The sound is awesome compared to the built-in speakers from the TV. The bluetooth connectivity is nice to be able to play music from your phone or computer.

Our son recommended this sound bar system and we’re glad he did. It fit the bill perfectly for our 20ft x 15ft space. Easy set up with good instructions. The adjustment controller allows for many options depending on what you are listening to. Love it!!

This soundbar sounds great in direct mode for the price you can't beat it. The Chromecast casting work well. But it kinda buggy at times like turning off randomly.

I purchased this soundbar for a spacious room with high ceilings. The system was very easy to set up initially while the sound volume and clarity were spot on. However, within a week the volume control was stuck with options of either “max volume” or mute. Vizio agreed to send a shipping box for me to return the unit for inspection with a promise of sending a replacement soundbar some weeks down the road.

I've never had a sound bar before. This took a bit to install. But, once installed, I'm really loving it!

Took it out of box and followed directions. Started to do the dissimilar brand install when the unit finished the install itself. Surprise (and a pleasant one). Ģrandkids love it. Grandma a little intimidated by subwoofer but coming along. Pretty seamless operation.

Took some time to pair but sound is nice and you can program your TV remote or phone to control it so you don’t have an extra remote lying around

Looks great and sounds great. Easy to use. Happy with the price I paid. Would recommend this to a friend

Got this for my dad, it’s perfect for his 40 inch. Satellite speakers add movie theater quality ambiance

Stereo separation from the bar is there, nothing to write home about. Sounds very clean out of the box. The wireless sub / rear speakers is stupid easy to setup. I like that bluetooth audio is played though all the speakers, not just the soundbar

Great sounds, not the best but right up there, only issue is that it tends to have issues with lip sync with my tv. Just needs to be adjusted and works fine

I have been using this speaker for over a year and a half, I would say that this is a great speaker. The sound quality is perfect.

I love it but it cuts off on its own at times. This is the only problem that I have with it. Other than that it’s a great product. It’s loud and user friendly.
