I have a small studio apartment and this sound system is perfect. I was in search of a low cost, but quality sound system that would fill a studio apartment space and this is more than enough sound. Very pleased with this. Will be holding on until I upgrade my residence and then will throw down for a dope speaker set.

Overall good set up. Have it hooked up through my x box going to tv so when I go from hdmi to regular tv the sound bar doesn’t play on regular tv.

bought this sound bar with 5.1 surround from bestbuy. First of all, the piece was defective , didn’t deliver good quality sound and soon the subwoofer started rattling, had to contact manufacture and thankfully they replaced the defective piece. Otherwise sometimes the subwoofer disconnects from the main sound bar for which the whole system has to be reset The chrome cast system is not that great in this specific sound bar as lacks mic and has to be used with another google enabled device

I recently purchased a 65 inch Sony 930e, which I love, but I debated getting a sound system now that was in my budget or wait until I could get a Sonos. I couldn’t be happier with my new Vizio system. I’m so glad I made the decision to get it. It has made a great television into an even greater television viewing experience.

This system did solve my volume issue, it is still muffeled at times, so does require small adjustments here & there. But tends to serve the purpose. Am happy with it.

I got these to go with my Samsung 58" 4K and they sound great and give me that center channel I need for dialogue, but it can be temperamental at times changing on it's own without notice.

Buyer beware. I have had sound/video syncing issues with this soundbar since I purchased it. The soundbar has some manufacturing glitch where it does not sync correctly with my TCL 4K television (and it has the same issue with my tablet, so it's not just the TV). The sound fluctuates between a split second off to sometimes a full second off from whatever we're watching -- people's lips are moving and then a split second later we hear them. We've called Vizio and followed their directions for resetting it, adjusting the settings, changing the cables. It doesn't matter if I am using the HDMI or the Optical Cable or Bluetooth. It's never right. I have spent hours on the customer service line, which was excruciatingly bad. They were not able to resolve it, at multiple levels of their service line ---- and because we were a few months past the warranty, they said they can do nothing but offer a 20% off coupon to buy a new Vizio product. Also: there is a slight static buzz in my rear speakers. I thought it was because my kids may have knocked them over, but when I read through reviews, I saw other people had this same issue. If all this stuff was resolved, the bar itself sound good. (Thus, 2 out of 5 stars.) But, honestly, I was so disheartened by the Vizio customer service experience and the issues with this product, I would absolutely recommend against buying this. The company clearly has both manufacturing AND customer service issues. I will not buy a Vizio product again.

Condition was pretty good but when it came to the setup it took awhile to get recognized, with the wires that is. Bluetooth worked perfectly. My main problem here is that if I have any audio playing I can hear static from the right speaker that's plugged into the sub. which I find very irritating and is more announced when playing audio that is very low. Hopefully sometime down the line a new wire is the fix but for now I will just suffer or unplug. Returning is not an option for me since I am very lazy 10/10 would prob try again for ~{OPEN BOX EXCELLENT}~

I would have given this product 5 stars if the remote was illuminated. It’s silly to be in this day and age and have to use your phone light to shine on the remote to adjust settings

Perfect for a small area like a bedroom or small living area. Not sure how it would sound in a larger space, im sure it would be fine but you may want to consider their larger one for that.

I purchased the 2.1 version and was so pleased I purchased this one for my new Sony TV. The price point is unbeatable (especially at the price match- so shop around). Is this an $1,100.00 Bose- no. It does however sound as good as bars at twice the price. Include that it is BT, Wifi and HDMI with ARC, you cannot beat it.

This is an excellent product and a very reasonable price. The sub-woofer is substantial and the satellite speakers are small, unobtrusive and offer clear, clean sound. Dialogue is especially clear with this system. Highly recommended. Again, Best Buy came through with a great price and excellent service.

My tv is located in a large high ceiling room that absorbs the sound. This sound bar is a perfect fit to provide clear sound without cranking the volumn up.

Love this sound bar, the remote works from my phone. The only thing that I don’t like is the remote that came with the system will not work

Great sound system. I bought particularly because it has built in Google cast which enables me to add to my existing cast speakers. The sub woofer sputters out of the bass is to deep.

It works sometimes but other times it turns off while you're using it. I have it in a bedroom and I'm not a fan of the lights that stay on after you turned off your tv. They'll go away after 15 - 20 minutes but when you turn off your tv you want darkness so you can sleep. Enter the black electrical tape to cover it up :(
