We love the sound quality of the bar and how easy it was to setup, but we've found that there are 2 primary issues with this soundbar and these are common if you do your research. The biggest issue is the audio gets out of sync fairly regularly, at first it was always like this but we found, resetting the bar and never connecting a phone to it via bluetooth, largely solved 80% of these issues; however, this definitely still occurs and I have to constantly adjust the audio timing with the remote depending on which source I'm on. Youtube vs. cable box vs. Netflix, all different sync's required. The second issue is the soundbar will power off while watching movies or tv and go into standby mode. We found online suggestions to turn off the Eco or power savings mode, which did solve the problem, but now the sound bar gets left on all the time even when the TV is off, which is just dumb. If I could go back, I'd definitely do more research and buy a different soundbar, it seems like simple firmware fixes should take care of the issues but Vizio has never done anything about them since this model was released, but then again, I guess the price is was too good to be true, but those issues are standard requirements for any soundbar.

The sound is better than our Sony soundbar. Bought an open box and it didn't work, went back and exchanged for a brand new one. Voila, worked right away.

This speaker does exactly what I want! It is way better then my TV speaker and does give me a nice full sound! Does make a difference with movies and sports, but some TV shows its just ehhh.... and that is not because of the speaker but the sound quality of the show. This is a GREAT buy!!!!

First sound bar owned. Was hoping to have voices in rear instead of background music due to being hard of hearing. Otherwise works good.

Bought to replace my old the system. This one connects speakers via bluetooth and no need to run wires all over to the back of the room. The remote control batteries drains out very quickly, like after a week of use. We changed the batteries several times and still dies quickly. So we have to operate manually which defeats the purpose of a remote. But when it's charged it works great. Will call tech support for replacement.

I love this item. It is my first soundbar and soundsystem. It had a fairly easy set up and great sound. It has such intense, rich sound that you can hear it through the entire house. Can also hook up to phone through Bluetooth. I love this system!!

Good quality sound, I bought two but unfortunately one subwoofer quit working.

This sound bar is perfect for my game room. The sub fills the room but the sound coming from the rear speakers makes this a great deal.

I am shocked that the sounds quality is so good. 5.1 comes out nicely. So nice, that rear speakers have tricked us in thinking there was a noise in the house or door knock. Love the wireless woofer that connect the rear satellite speakers. Made hiding cables allot easier.

The sound bar is great for the most part but every once and awhile it turns off for no reason. I thought I might have the sleep timer turned on but it says it's off.

Great product for the price. I couldn't get the optical to work without a large timing issue, however. As long as you do the HDMI, though, it works great!

Bought this for our living room projector! Sounds great but the small assist speakers aren’t as loud and reliable. The subwoofer would get a 7/10 for me!

I purchase two of these surround sound systems because of the quality theater surround sound. One in family room and other in living and created a home group to cast my music when I’m not using them for the tv. I love them and wouldn’t hesitate to purchase another chromcast device.

These are nice but the speakers are so small you barely hear much coming from them. The sound bar is completely Nice tho

Very easy to setup the rear speakers were smaller than I expected and the rear speaker sound was limited. the sound bar with three speakers sound great

Great volume though I do wish that the speakers were wirerless.

Wireless Speakers and sub woofer are great. Only reason for not give 5 stars is the dolby atmos was just released and the menu takes some getting use to.

Great Sound! This works well with the Visio TV. It does turn off on it’s own randomly, but other than that it’s good!

Bought this for my parents as a gift and they love. They did have an issue in the beginning where it wouldn't power up but after speaking with vizio customer service, they got it back working and without any further issue. It's very loud and the audio is clean.

We have issues with connections sometime. It takes a while for it to find the output . The sound is goood
