The sounder will shut off on it's own in the middle of watching things, connecting via bluetooth to stream music from my iPhone is choppy.

Posted .Hello Kellen, the sound bar has an AV Delay option that will assist you with adjusting a delay in audio and video. Some televisions also have a lip sync or AV Delay option that can assist in this adjustment also.

It just shuts off. I go to turn it back on and it smells like it's burning. Sometimes it doesn't come back on. I have to wait a few hours to let it "cool off". The subwoofer and side speakers do very little to enhance sound. You rarely hear either of them. I have a new 4K HD Smart LG TV. You would think it would be compatible. This is nothing special. I will be looking to another brand to replace this one very soon.

It’s all just louder now. The dialogue still only comes out of the front speakers and not the rear, which is not a commonly known fact. So I’ve spent money to make my situation worse and he can’t hear it any better.

Posted .Hello Dumbo, you may be able to adjust your audio to a point that you would prefer by turning off the TruVol setting or adjusting the Surnd or Surround settings. Please contact our customer support 877-878-4946 for assistance with your settings.
