Awesome Sound Bar System

Very problematic

I was excited to have full 5.1, but problems came up as soon as I installed it. I had audio/video sync issues right away, tried everything I could trying to fix it but couldn't. Sound bar would turn on by itself on a regular basis. Returned it to best buy for a new one. Worked fin at first but a month or so later, ran into the same problems. Called Vizio and while their customer service is excellent, it was suggested to us optical instead of HDMI ARC. After several calls, they sent me a new one from the factory. A year later and the bar would turn off for a few seconds. Just recently +replaced it.

Great speakers for a big room

Love the Sound
