There is a issue where the sound keeps going in and out while watching tv. I’ve tried all ways to get it to stop doing that but it still does it . Did purchase the plan to see if they can cover it

Ended up returning it for a different brand and learned that this is a frequent problem with these sound bars.

So we're not sure how the bar is supposed to work. Ir seems like the surround sound only works part time. Idk if it's the internet or what. I guess I should call the customer service for it sometime soon.

Posted .HI Sandee. The surround speakers typically only play audio when it's getting some type of surround sound. If you're watching an action movie with a lot of movement happening on the edges of the screen- you'll definitely notice the surround sound. If you watching the nightly news (with just 1 person talking to the screen) there's no surround noises to play- so you may not hear anything. f you'd like to contact customer service we'd be happy to help!
