Subwoofer blown at lowest setting with PBS Masterpiece Theater soundtrack. This thing is a piece of junk. I have a Vizio TV and it has problems pairing.

Works great for 10 months

They sent a prepaid box for the sound bar to be replaced. Not once did anyone inform me I needed to enclose the subwoofer as well since the sound bar and woofer need to be the same. On the phone today for another 45 minutes getting a box for the woofer. They know I'm frustrated, just sick of the run around.

Posted .I'd like to apologize for any miscommunication. When we replace a product like a sound bar, we make sure to replace each of the components that come with it. The last thing we would want is to replace a Sound Bar, then find out that the issue was the sub woofer and have to prolong the experience. We try to clearly state that the replacement will be for the whole unit in our documentation, and I'm sorry if that information wasn't relayed to your satisfaction. I'm hoping that the rest of the process goes smoothly, and we have a chance to earn back your business.
