This product is great if you have a decent amount of devices to connect to. We got this to replace iCloud for our phones and is a great back up for the time machines on mac. It is very seemless to set up and works with both macs and pcs

I read a lot of reviews and was kind of skeptical on how easy is the setup but after about five minutes it was working with no problems. I have had the hard drive for about 2 months now and have had no problems with it dropping connection

great product, although the setup was not as easy as I thought. But with some effort I got it to setup and work on my network. Great for central storage place for my pictures, songs and movies. works great with my apple tv and Chromecast with allcast.

Had a little bit of difficulty in the beginning. My computer was uploading a large series of files to my cloud, and it stopped midway through. Once I got it up and running though, the cloud is accessible from really anywhere. Take the time to understand the usage and it'll be a cake walk. Definately a great product I would recommend for anyone who needs a central hard drive!!

Great hard drive to have when on the go. Great space and easy to install.

Disappears from the network for no reason I know. This product is for advanced computer users and should not be sold to anyone without a computer science degree. The Best Buy employee warned me about this but believing I"m somewhat computer savvy, thought surely I could figure it out. Well, it's more an issue of not wanting to spend the time fussing with it when I've read there are products on the market that don't require such effort. So, it works but it takes WORK to work it.

This MyCloud replaced a similar Seagate Flex Drive that croaked after just two years. Fortunately I use these purely as a backup and my PC hard drive still had all my files. So far the MyCloud has worked really well and backs up automatically. I don't even know it is doing it. I like that you can select how many versions of the same file you want backed up.

Works just as I needed. No problems. A great drive at a great price.
