While the system works, it wasn't easy to get running as intended and I am tech savy. The website was apparently down to get the software I wanted to run well and it still hasn't come back up. That said, it is fast and once you can figure out the asinine controls, secure.

Easy to access and set up. So much easier then iCloud

Harder to set up than it should be. Multiple downloads necessary. I even called into support to get help for the automatic backup process. I was told I had to buy additional software for this procedure. I had to tell him no I didn't before he would help me. Not pleased.

My grandson uses the cloud for storing his games, scripts and minecraft mappings. He loves using the cloud.

if you want to access your file remotely at a snails pace then this is for you if you want something that works.. I would suggest going elsewhere

The cloud has made life so much easier. The convenience of being able to access data from anywhere saves time and relieves stress.

Fairly easy set up and works well with computers at home. However, have not been able to access from a distance while on wifi and cloud on active home network wifi. Needs resolution of issue. May have misunderstood capability on accessing from a distance.

Wow 2tb of storage,that's a lot. As a photographer I need a lot of space for my stock photos. And it seems to be freeing up storage on my I-pad.

Was very easy to setup and use. Apps for mobile platform make it very easy to access data from anywhere in the world.

I am happy because now I am able to store my photos in my personal cloud and share them with family.

I really enjoy this drive. Easy to setup and able to access anywhere. 2TB is a great size for all my photos, videos and music.

I use this drive as a disaster recovery drive in case something we're to happen at my home. It's easy to set up and is very durable
