This little box can save all your data and then some. You can relive it from even your smartphone

Nice for external storage for a home network. It's a little tricky at first, but once you understand how to set up 1 computer, the others are easy to do. I have 3 computers, two smart phones, and two tablets. They all can connect and back up important information fast! The first time you connect it takes much longer because it backs up equipment from the start. After that it just adds any changes since the last back up

This device has huge data capacity and pretty fast to store and retrieve info. Took a little longer to set up than expected but not much and that is really just a minor complaint. I got it on sale and probably would not have bought it at full price but I think it is worth it.

Quick and easy setup. first time using the cloud. Very comfortable i have control of it.

We purchased this product because of what it offers. Easy to set up and install but not very easy to use. Does not come with instructions. Need to be downloaded. Software does not give a clear picture of how to use either

This is a very nice NAS for keeping your media files. You can keep more than 1000 SD full movies in 2 TB.

It was easy tonset up but ibstill needed extra help to configure it to my other devices.

I actually went into the store looking at the Seagate external hard drives, for my daughter, and noticed this item. I was then approached by a salesperson, and asked his advice, and he convinced me this would serve her needs better, so I went for it. So far, she loves it! She can back up all her research files, and access them from anywhere with the cloud storage. I think I'll get one for myself next.

fast setup takes less than 15min all my work computers can access the files....

Would say if you need a easy hard drive for sharing and downloading this is for you.

Best way to free storage from your phone or computers without having to delete it!

I bought this so I could cancel my numerous cloud storage services and it's been great. It's done everything I wanted it to, but only after I stopped expecting it to be like those other cloud services. If you think this is going to be Dropbox, it won't be but it will be better and just as easy to use once you give it a shot. I don't see myself ever going back to paying for cloud storage, but I might upgrade to a larger size later on.

The my cloud was easy to set up. Plug in and it shows up on my computer. Works great.
