More technical than it looks

On the surface, being able to save multiple computer data on one device seemed inviting since I had just purchased a Dell laptop to go with my tower. But trying to set the system up for both has been a real headache and it looks like I will have to utilize my 30-day free tech assistance just to get the cloud working. I have watched multiple YOUTUBE videos and most of WD's videos and every one gives me a different URL in order to get started. The QuickStart Guide only lists on URL and it does very little to get the ordinary user going

good cloud NAS device

Surprised that it works with all the OS's in my house linux windows android.. nfs cifs dlna and external internet cloud. Does what it says.

Excellent product!

I don't have to have all my files on my laptop. I just need to have internet access wherever I am, and the MyCloud drive set up at home with the internet working there. I used this during a months travel in India and didn't have any problems! Fabulous!!!
