Needed a solution for both my office Mac and PC simutaneously that would still allow time machine. This was a flawless solution and very fast too.

I always have access to my important files as long as I have an internet connection. I no longer need to carry around a thumb(flash) drive. drive

Overall good product. Wish there was a way to store iPhoto.

i would always loose files when ever i had to get a new computer, now i think i wont have that problem anymore thanks to Mycloud.

Very nice external Hard Drive, and wireless too! Now I can access my design work from anywhere at all while on the road. Love it.

if i could remember how to use it. i personally have to review the online resources on how to use it often. but over all it is a great product

My review may improve after some additional time using this storage device some more. I have had some difficulty setting this up and making it sink with my laptop.

Easy to setup, does what i am looking to do. BestBuy matched the price at the counter. quick walk in and out of the store.

the ease of use for the product is great. love that i can now have my own cloud and something at home and readily accessible.

I would recommend it to users in need of backup space.

Its great to have your own "cloud". Documents always available when you need them as well as if your computer crashes.

This unit does exactly what it says it'll do and works flawlessly. (so far so good)

I'm wanting to get off of the cloud for all storage and have always used WD drives which work great and easy to use.

Since I use this primarily for storing pictures it is a pain because I cannot see a thumbnail of the files which means I have to name each file very carefully so that I can easily identify it later.

Such a fantastic piece of equipment! I love that it is wireless so that i can access it from anywhere! Love love love!

I needed a drive to backup my files. I read about the WD cloud and it seemed like a good way to go. I can take pictures from my mobile phone and send them to my personnel cloud. Also I can access my files anyplace that I go with my tablet and mobile phone.

The device is extremely easy to set up for basic usage. Most of the advanced features do not have documentation in the box. You have to scour the internet and WD community forum for information.
