    DO NOT BUY A WESTERN DIGITAL PRODUCT! Worst Customer service experience I've ever experienced with a company, over the last month. I had multiple customer service representatives and second levels representatives promise to give me a call on a certain day and on 3 separate occasions no one called and I would have to spend the following day on the phone for 20-30 minutes on hold waiting to be transferred to the individual whom was supposed to call me back. I will not be purchasing any more Western Digital Products in the future and will encourage all of my family and friends to not buy this company's products due to the terrible customer service I received. After being led on by the customer service team for weeks, I was told there is nothing WD can do with my unaccessable data. So now I have spent $150 on a storage device that doesnt work, but now I have to spend $2,000 on data recovery thru a 3rd party. I'm extremely disappointed with the unhelpfulness and lack of sympathy for customers who have faulty equipment. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone.

    Sorry but this drive is like Florida Rain. One minute rain or access next dry as a bone. Thought it was me until I returned for different company's model. Night and day. My cloud very iffy. However when it worked it was great. Was able to save photos from my phone in Puerto Rico to cloud 100s of miles away. But then no access. Very finicky.
