It was easy to set up and relatively easy to use. I haven't read the instructions yet so I'm sure there are features I'm not using yet, but having the peace-of-mind is wonderful!

Very easy to use... Just wish it came with a USB cable. Would make it 5 stars.

Easy to use,the whole family uses it to download pictures and video from our phones. Great for clearing up space in your phone.

I am still hot and cold on this item after some weeks of experimenting. I purchased this mostly for remote access to my photo and music collection. The family's collection of mobile devices includes both IOS and Android devices. Android set up went well, the software works as advertised , and most importantly, it is reliable. On the other hand getting this thing to work reliably with IOS devices has been almost a hair pulling experience. Getting it to work was hard for all our IOS devices AND its reliability is poor with our IOS devices. Perhaps the release of IOS 7 is the culprit. The directions are poor... you may need to study the PDF and browse the WD forums for needed insights to get this thing working.

Very easy to set up and use! The Bluetooth transfer method is extremely easy!

The device works well. No problems using it from any of my devices on my network and from anywhere. It is worth spending the money because hosted cloud service charges you monthly which can get expensive over time with little storage. It's been great having a device I can access from anywhere and knowing I have a good backup. Not to mention the storage space I recovered from my phone and computers.

Storage was easy to setup out of the box, and if you keep it ON connected to network, then it stays accessible all the time, you can log in and access all data easily.

I love the concept of the wireless cloud storage that can be accessed from anywhere, except that it can't always. There is also no way, that I have figured out yet, to organize photos once you upload. It has tons of storage space and is easy to set up.

Lots of storage. Have tons of pictures with 12 grandchildren, more room than I expected to help clear off computer.

First off this is super easy to use and very very easy to setup. It has served its purpose with really fast upload and download speeds. I can edit a video on my laptop and then upload it and store it on this NAS Drive and then download it to my desktop to continue working on it. It is very safe and secure in terms of security and I can see myself buying a higher storage one very soon.

Great for home storage. Easily connects directly to other storage devices.

This hard drive is great, I use it to back up all of my pictures documents and videos. It regularly backs everything up for me, I dont have to do a thing!!!!!

Great HD with big capacity and the best option to get your own cloud
