I bought this product because my neighbor has one and it was very successful for them . I have only had my product for a couple days now in this short time it has been doing what the product is meant to do Thank Best Buy for your customer service and how helpful they were in ordering product and having it delivered promptly.

I bought two of these for two different houses near one another in the country. Set up both the same and aimed the same. One room went from 1 bar and 7MBPS to 4 bars and 45 MBPS immediately. Works seamlessly. reception gets much better immediately upon entering the room. The other is almost like it sometimes doesn't re-transmit. All the lights check out. But sometimes I go from 1 bar to 4 with similar improvement in speed and other times it may take five minutes or so for the improved reception to register and then it will suddenly drop back again for no reason. weird.

I have been searching for a way to get a better LTE signal in my house without breaking bank. I researched lots of options online and decided to give the WeBoost a try. It actually worked! The only thing I will say is that the outside pole option worked best for me. I tried the window but it just didn't seem to help. You also have to make sure you actually have a someone what ok signal to begin with. I had one, sometimes two bars with Verizon in my house. Now the booster provides me with anywhere from 3-5 signal strength consistently. The phone does need to stay pretty close to the indoor antenna to get that signal. You go very far, like 20 feet away and the strength drops back down. I wish the inside antenna provided more of a boost but hey it does what I need it to.

I needed to boost the signal in my basement. I had been getting just one bar but now consistently get three bars, enabling me to use the device that I was trying to use in the basement. Though I can get four bars, I have to be within about four or five feet of the antenna; otherwise, I would have given the product five stars.

Purchased this for my parents who live in a rural area. They can make calls inside but calls drop frequently, and internet speeds were slow. High speed wired Internet is not available. We installed this and after some tweeking calls sound significantly better, and internet speeds are better that my wired DSL in town. Only issue we ran into was that the new windows they had installed had non removable screens. I was able to use the included flat coax cable to route it through a door instead and it worked perfectly.

I am extremely happy with my purchase and should have done it a lot sooner. I had spoty service in my home that ranged from no bars to one bar from room to room, after many dropped calls and garbled conversations that required fill in the blank's I decided to go ahead with the purchase and ( WOW ) 4 bars anywhere in and out of the house and it might just be in my head but I swear my smart TV'S are clearer and brighter. We Weboost is a product I would recomend highly and the installation was painless.

It's a great idea and a great product, but more difficult to install then I thought it would be. I purchased the cell phone booster thinking it was something I could just set up and use, but that's not the case. There are two antennas....one for inside and one for outside. For the price it should come with a video. It definitely makes my signal stronger (and most likely my neighbors as well at my expence). Wish there was some sort of range adjustment for apartment buildings.

This device was a lifesaver. Before we purchased the weboost we could not use our phones unless sitting in one area of the kitchen. This is because of the very poor cellular service. This did not help my mother who is in her late 70's and stepdad who is in his mid 80's as they cannot take their phones into bedroom at night. Since purchasing weboost my parents are able to have their phones near their bedside. This has given us all a lot of peace of mind. We know if they have a fall during the night they will be able to reach my brothers or myself or emergency services. Thank you!!!! From a concerned child!

The device works well, but is a bit particular as to where to have the antennas located. Utilize the customer support. They are great people to work with and are interested in helping you out. Stay calm and you can have everything up and running and working perfectly. We had a black hole in a steel building... now we can make crisp & clear calls.

This is a great product. I installed this in my home where I was getting between 0-1 bar of service on my iPhone. I typically would have to stand by the window to get any service. After installing the antenna on a 25’ pole, powering up the unit and aiming the antenna I was getting GREAT service. I was receiving between 3-4 bars and speeds between 5-9 Mbps upload and 3-6 Mbps downloads. I am very impressed with this product.

Turned my 0-1 bar signal on Verizon into a 3-4 bar signal. I went from dropping 25% of my cellular calls to not dropping a single one since I put up the antenna and booster. This was after Verizon said I am in a poor signal area after having 20 years of 4 bar signal in the exact same location. I think Verizon meant to say, since we have removed towers and tuned signal to MAKE your area a poor signal area. But, the booster helps and was not hard to install.

We had absolutely no signal at all in our job trailer. This product worked as advertised. Don’t expect a large coverage area.

Very easy set up and works as described. Living outside the our city in Alaska we have very little cell service. After installing we have 4-5 bars of 4g lte. Upload and download speeds could be better but I can't complain with it's overall performance.

I have a summer home in Central Wisconsin and had terrible cell reception inside my house. I was lucky to get one bar. With the weBoost signal booster I have three bars, sometimes four, and haven't had a dropped call since I installed it. There is, however, one thing one must consider before buying this product. Though the box doesn't say anything about it, the installation instructions tell you that you should have 15ft of vertical separation between the antenna and the transmitter or 60ft of horizontal separation for optimal performance. Just beware of that and consider where you are going to mount the antenna before you buy the product.

I live in the sticks where you have no signal at all and thankfully with the help of the weboost I am able to get calls and text even lte service I can even stream videos and FaceTimes

During the recent Covid19 pandemic we found our selves working from home and in desperate need of cell phone reception. This product was fairly easy to install. From start to finish it took me 2 hours but when I was done we went from no service to full signal. Works with all major carriers and I would say is a must have for rural America.

We live on the TN River and on the weekends our signal is awful and we have Verizon. AT&T carriers have no service out here at all. Since we bought this WeBooster for our camper, it has been excellent getting service and everything downloads super fast now that we have this booster. I highly recommend this item and please be sure to follow the directions of setting the recommended distance for the outdoor antenna to the indoor antenna for better performance. Even though ours is set a little closer due to being limited on where we could put our outdoor antenna, it works excellent!!

Purchased for a vacation home that has poor service. Seem to work well with in the room that it is located. Signal does not seem to carry through the entire home but for the price it is doing enough for what it was needed for.

I purchased this because I live in the boondocks without internet. Before installing this signal booster I was getting around 1 mbs download and .10 upload. Once it was successfully installed and pointed towards a town I can get in between 5-20 mbs download. Upload speeds are still slow.
