Customers are saying

Customers regard the Home 4G Cellular Signal Booster favorably for its ability to improve signal strength, ease of use, and call quality. However, some customers have expressed concerns about the installation process being time-consuming, the price being a bit high, and the coverage area not meeting expectations. Additionally, a few customers have noted that the device tends to get hot during operation and that the range is not as accurate as advertised.

    Good product, range isn't large

Product works good, but was expecting more range. I read the specs, and knew 1500 sq ft. Was not realistically achievable, but 200 to 500 sq ft would be. I would say the signal is only "good", meaning able to download or upload on my phone, in about a 150, to maybe 200 sq ft area. Setup was easy, instructions were clear. Product is well made. If I were to purchase all over though, I would have upgraded to the WeBoost MultiRoom.

I bought this thinking I could increase my hotspot speed also, but it didn’t carry over to that. It did effectively increase my phone and data signal.

I was hesitant to drop this kind of money but it was worth it. No bars or signal in my basement. Mounted antenna outside near roof line and ran line to basement. I now have full bars for my cricket phone and 4 bars for my AT&T phone in my basement. Signal is also better on my first floor. Doesn't extend to my second floor but it wasn't rated to anyways.

great for getting the signal into a house, if you have a metal roof, this will get your carrier signal into your home. making cell calls no longer drop in mid call

Had no signal inside house and minimal outside but now can call text and web surf. Not lightning fast of course but adequate for me. Well worth the money so far. Installation instructions not great. Tech support good. Biggest difficulty for me is fine tuning direction of antenna towards tower. No good way for me to do this. If u have some signal outside and none on inside, u should get one of these. Pricey but so worth it.

I bought this for my Mom. She had one spot inside where she got a little bit of spotty reception so would nearly always have to go out onto her porch to talk on the phone. Since we installed this, she can talk anywhere in her house and has very strong signal in the 3 rooms nearest the inside antenna! It is well worth the money. We mounted the outside antenna on the same pole as her television antenna on top of her house.

    What A Difference!!!

We live in a rural area. Cell phone service was very disappointing at our home before I purchased this item. What a difference!!! I cannot state enough the signal that this brought into our home. We can be anywhere in the house and get a strong signal. Before this, I had only a 5 mb/sec data service with AT&T at my house, and facetime, forget it. Now we are getting 20+ mb/sec and FaceTime all we desire. We are so excited with the improvement. Great item I would recommend to anyone anywhere.

Pretty good option for off-grid living

I purchased this product for an off-grid 1000 square foot cabin. Before we installed the weBoost we could get one bar of signal strength if we placed our phones on a certain post on the deck. After installation we can usually get 3 bars inside the cabin. I feel like we have to stand fairly close to the inside antenna for this to work but going from zero bars inside to three bars is still a significant win in my book.

    Does Work ... But ...

I actually have two of these. They both work as described. However, the location in which they are installed makes all the difference. In one scenario with plenty of room to adjust the distance and angles, the results were 5 star favorable. In another scenario it was quite frustrating to get the right setup and when it finally did work, the end result was not a good enough fit for the planned use. It was returned.

Living outside a large urban area is great, unless you combine that with living under a metal roof and not having sufficient cell signal. WeBoost provides this device which boosts several bands and allows my home internet and cell phones to connect without issue.
