Great picture but it is so so so slow going from one channel to the next my Sony 1080 is 1000 times faster changing channels but I paid 250.00 for mine new 50inch Christmas deal. So can't beat the price just don't be impressed switching channels

Viewed and ordered on line.Had it sent to the Lufkin store.Easy hook up and a nice picture.HD only available with cable provider upgrade. Also to benefit from 2160 pixel,you need cable service upgrade. Great product and great price.

this TV is probably ok for someone looking for something inexpensive and that has a fire-stick. I returned it because it doesn't allow to add on channels/apps, whatever it list, is what you get.

I bought this for my kids play room. Using it mostly for gaming. Picture is great color is good! Price and value are great!

This TV really isn't too bad. It is slow turning on/off but has a nice picture and love the smart tv capabilities. Got a smoking deal around x-mad so I'm not really going to complain too much.

I had a Westinghouse TV for nine years and I loved it. This one was not up to the quality of the previous one. When I purchased it, some pixels were already bad and it had a horrible refresh rate that was noticeable when watching football.

If it wasn't for 4k. It would be a great price for just a regular Smart TV with 1080p. The only complaint I would have is that the black contrast suffers. But I think to get a truly true black you would have to spend three to five times as much

Set is great for the price. I'm not a gamer so not sure how well it would operate. Set-up was very easy. Nice picture.

I got 2 of these on sale (229) one for my son and one for father in law. BB had a regular 1080p and this 4k model which price only buyers were confusing. I did remove a star because before I bought online the sales dude was telling a customer that these were "Holiday TV's" and he could not let him see one work. Yesterday 12-22 my son hooked up his gami ng system to the hdmi port on this 4k tv and WOW. The picture was good right out of the box with decent sound. I will admit it is not what my Toshiba is but with some tweaking on the picture and watching normal tv ( refresh rate 60hz) I see little wrong with this tv even at normal price. Please choose the 4k over the hdtv only!

The picture is very clear and the colors are vivid. This tv is better than the one that I paid 4 times more. I love it!

$249 was my cost on this smart TV. It looks fantastic, I would have given it 5 stars but it was a little quirky when using the USB port to play videos. Also the audio output requires a special cable not rca. Other than that a big thumbs up.
