I bought this TV for $299 on sale. I opened the box and after very carefully going through all the packaging a hundred times, the screws for the feet were not in the box. VERY FRUSTRATING. However, I have to say, the Westinghouse Customer Service number in the manual got things moving quickly. The operator was friendly and happy to help. This pleasantly surprised me! I had to provide a photo of the serial number sticker and my Best Buy receipt. They then opened a case number. I did have to follow up a few times because the screws were NOT sent out in the most timely matter BUT it did seem my follow ups went to the same person who eventually got me the 6 screws. Once installed, I am very happy with the overall performance of the TV. Smart, 4K, and wi-fi... under $300. You'll probably want to pick up a sound bar. Great buy.

Got this TV at a great price with Black Friday sale this year. Like the color and easy set up for the TV. It actually seems smaller than I thought it would be. However, it is a decent TV, especially for the price. Great price for a 4K UHD TV.

Features loaded, Smart TV. Picture is fantastic. very impressed. I was a little hesitant to purchase but so glad that I did. Westinghouse really delivers.. I would highly recommend this TV.

I purchased the Sharp Roku TV because it was inexpensive and had most of the features that I wanted. I found out later that it is lacking in a few areas—things that don't bother me too much, but might bother others. First of all, the remote control has very few capabilities. For instance, there are no numbers, so you can't just key in a channel. I use a broadcast antenna and was surprised how good the picture is for broadcast. I don't like the lack of fine tuning or the fact that you can't change the name of your stations. But all-in-all, it has a good picture, the sound levels seem to go up-and-down, but I think its an okay TV for the price.

This may not be the most popular brand, but it performs like the best of them. I have had this TV for over a year and no problems. The picture is great and the functions are all that I need.

The setup is easy, the picture quality is great. Sound not the best, so a soundbar is helpful. Stand not the best, but most aren't. If wall mounted, there is no problem. Can't beat the price.

Good TV for the price and would recommend again to anyone looking into the 4K UHD world. Picture is much better than my old plasma. Probably not as good as some others (LG, Samsung, etc), but for the price, I wouldn't worry about it.

We love our tv. We didn’t end something fancy or expensive and this worked perfectly. Sound and image are good. The only problem is the remote control; it can be a bit stubborn at times for no good reason.

This is a solid value tv. Good size and good quality

The tv has great picture, and is exactly as advertised. The smart tv apps are there, and those are exactly the apps supported. I guess I hoped for an online platform that allowed the download of other popular apps like amazon prime, Cbs, or any of the other major supported viewing options. Nope, absolutely not an option. That was my one disappointment. The picture is great, the remote is well designed, and the system is simple enough for my almost 5 year old to opperate. (That could be good or bad?!). My recommendation would be for a cost effective 4K tv, but maybe not if you don't have cable/satellite tv services.

This has a beautiful color, sound is great and was easy to set up. And the low price was the best.

This was an exceptional buy. The family loves it's overall quality. The children love it for playing their games and the rest of us enjoy just watching our favorite shows...

This tv fits great in my living room. We have it mounted on the wall. This tv is definitely a beginner brand as far as ultra hd goes. Personally I like it however my husband can see that it is a lower quality of ultra hd. There is a major audio lag about 2 seconds. This makes playing video games such as rock band or guitar hero hard. As the system has to be calibrated to fit the lag. Even for movies that are older the audio can be off. It is easy to fix though. Simply set up the audio calibration for what you are doing. The first thing we did with our new tv was watch Sunday night football and it was great. So if you aren't looking for anything too fancy this is the tv for you.

Excellent picture quality and love the smart features. I was even able to plug in my external harddrive and watch videos directly from the tv...bye bye video box!

Entry level 4k tv. Sound is decent but would still benefit from a sound bar. If watching sports or fast paced action, spring for a 120hz tv or better. 60hz is not enough to eliminate judder.

I bought this TV on sale for $250. While it has a nice crisp picture I was very disappointed when I discovered that when I play my Xbox One S it has input lag. I messed around with all of the picture settings on the TV and Xbox as well finding no solution. I even called geek squad for assistance and was given no answer other than buying a new TV. Being a bit of a gammer I was was let down with that and will only give it 3 stars. If someone has any suggestions on how to fix this problem I am open to try anything other than buying a new TV.

Is this “the greatest tv ever”, no. But does it have great features, good sound quality and above average picture quality, yes. Sometimes that’s all you need. I like the built in media(Netflix,YouTube) which is easy to get to with my remote. My parents have a smart tv and the way they have to get to stuff makes no sense. Definitely glad I made this purchase.

Great TV, beautiful quality, and easy to use. Nice speakers too. Very easy to maneuver through the menu and adjust things. I love the remote too. Quick buttons to the apps included with the TV.
