It's a great tv. Good for the price. The only thing is that occasionally the remote doesn't work the best. Sometimes you have to push the buttons pretty hard. $300 for a 50" so far I'm happy.

We were looking for TV for the cabin, 50" and we didn't want to spend a ton of money on a TV we don't watch very often. This TV has exceeded our expectations, it has a great picture, plenty of input/outputs and it was under $300. I gave it 5 stars for the quality of the TV in the price range. The sound quality is not great but it's not terrible, you might consider getting a soundbar with it.

I was a bit hesitant to get this TV when I saw the Black Friday price, but decided it was worth a shot! I was able to mount it easily on to my wall, and the picture is surprisingly great. I have no issues with the "smart" aspects either. The remote isnt the best, but it works fine! My only complaint is that it's a little bit slow to respond changing channels, but I would buy it again!

I got this tv for under $300 on Thanksgiving, and have been more than happy with it. The picture is stunning in quality and vividness. The smart tv feature is nothing to write home about, just a few apps, but it does have Netflix, which is really all I ever use anyway. Blu rays look exceptional---almost 4k quality. Even older tv shows look better with the auto upscaling to 4k. The sound is what you would expect for a tv in this price range, but I hooked it up to my home theater so that is no problem. Again a 4k, smart 50' tv for under $300? How could you go wrong!! I'd recommend it if your looking for an affordable option into the world of 4k!

Purchased over the Christmas holidays & feel like I got a really good tv for less money than the more popular brands. Picture is really good but it's amazing when viewing 4K programs. When watching sports streaming online there is a blur (football traveling from QB to receiver, but I suspect that's from my internet connection. Also the tv speakers suck but I already had a wireless speaker system that makes it sound 100% better. Pet peeve? The remote doesn't light up. All in all, we are thrilled with our purchase.

Definitely a great TV for the money. I put it in my living room and it serves as the Family TV. My kids love it too. They LOVE to play their PS4 on it, they claim the graphics are "sick" (which apparently is a good thing). It is a smart TV, so I was upset that it did not have the options for Amazon video or Hulu, hence the 4 stars. So I had to hook my Roku back up. Other than that, it is a great buy for the $$$.

Best $300 I ever spent on a tv! That's a 4k tv! Great picture and sound, I'd go as far to say it's better than my 65in LG 4k upstairs.

I love Westinghouse TVs. The price is great, the picture is above average, but there is no way to add extra apps to the playlist. Missing some important ones.

After comparative shopping for a new flat screen under $500, I chose this one over other higher priced competitors. The picture quality was superior to most tv's costing more, capabilities were equal or better, and warranty was better. Westinghouse is a well established name and since it was on sale, that sealed the deal. Highly recommend this unit.

Purchased for use with an x-box refresh rate not high enough for game system. but as a T.V. it was outstanding. I would recommend this for T.V. and movies viewing.

For the price it's tough to beat as a deal of the day deal. I would only use it as a bedroom/secondary TV probably not as home theater setup do to low speed... 60hz
