This is a great tv for the price. Excellent picture, easy set up. The sound is not great but not horrible either. I checked out other comparable models and read reviews and decided on this one. Very happy with this TV especially with the price.

55'' westinghouse flat screen tv is the perfect choice for my home entertainment center. shocked at how little space it takes, how stable it is , and the great picture quality.

I like the picture quality, is better than i expected, is lightweight and looks like a more premium TV. I just think for a tv this big it needs more sound or bigger speakers, but for the price is ok.

Looking for a cheap-ish "Dumb" 55 tv. after returning a couple saw this for $299 (!) and said oh what the heck. The positives are it actually has a component input, 3 HDMIs, and a surprisingly sharp picture for the coin. Downsides are (1) really poor, or at best fair audio. You can adjust the settings for audio and that makes it bearable. We use a sound bar and have gotten used to the minor lag. But if you hope to use built-in sound, this one is poor and you would be better served spending up a little. (2) channel tuner is average at best. We use an antenna and quality of tune power is important to us. This one barely makes my threshold of acceptability. some TVs do a better job of locking in on marginal signals, this is not one of them. But, a passing grade. (3). remote is awkward, poorly designed with no ergonomics in mind, and counter intuitive in almost every available regard. Honestly, how about employing someone to tell you where the buttons should go? (4) minor power up lag (6) channel info menu is uninformative. (5) wall-mount holes on back are crazy low on the frame. What this means is, your TV will mount higher on the wall than most of the same size. In some cases, this may suck. Long and short of it, most of these are small nuisances and If you are looking for a larger, LED dumb TV on the cheap, this one is passable.

The picture on this tv is much better than some of the expensive name brands. Color is great and I couldn't pass up the price at $379.00. I haven't seen that low of a price on this tv since. I'm very happy with this purchase.

I wanted a 55 inch. good TV with great picture and great sound for not a lot of money. I did not need all the bells and whistles. I just needed one usb port for my amazon fire stick (we have cut the cable/satelite cords). I looked at all the reviews on all the brands and this one seemed to fit the bill. When it arrived it was easy to setup and it is AWESOME!!! You do NOT need a sound bar with this TV. The picture quality is beyond great. We have our amazon stick hooked up to it and also an indoor antenna. Price was great too!

I got this tv about a month ago. Easy set up and menu. Delivery was free and on time too. $ 15 charge for them to take the old 55 inch projector type tv with them. A bargain. Very happy so far. Great picture and ease of use.

Love this TV for the price. I got a smaller one for the bedroom previously and setup is simple... If you are a casual watcher I feel this is as much as you need - it really is good value for $$.

Ordered 7 of these tv's to use in our classrooms with an Apple TV and Chromecast to replace our projectors. Works perfect and the picture is way better than before.

Got it and I really didn't realize how big it was. It is very nice and light. Also very easy to hang on the wall. I really liked that it had a minimalist base that was not attached as well

I was so skeptical looking at the price and brand. This was one of the best purchases I have ever made. The picture is just as good as my samsung. The sound is great as well despite reading reviews. It gets as loud as my samsung as well. I absolutely love it. I would purchase over and over again. What a deal this was! I wish I knew about this before I bought my samsung 40inch that I paid more for! Do yourself a favor and buy it if you can!!! Glad I got ir before it sold out! Everyone comments on my tv when they come over! I will purchase this brand from now on and ditch the crazy prices. You wont be disappointed!

T.V has good quality picture and the audio seems to be the loudest I've heard for factory speakers. Easy set up. All around good deal.

Bought this tv on sale for black friday. This is a good buy if your looking for a non smart tv with good 1080p hd picture. This was perfect for my man cave. Great for sports and video games. I also had a chrome cast so there was no need to buy a smart tv. If you are looking to get a 4k tv or one with smart features this is not the tv for you. Also side note. It does have (3) hdmi ports however this was not enough for me so i had to buy a multi port hdmi adapter to connect the more then (3) that it allowed for.

I purchased this product for several reasons. First it is only a television, without "smart options". I was looking for a reasonably priced 50'-60' sized screen to wall mount so price was a factor here. I have looked into LED TV's and liked the performance so I bought a 40' model in this line for my daughter a few months ago. When this came up during my search I bought it. Glad I did, looks great on the wall does exatly what I wanted for a screen. I have my cable and a computer conected for great viewing opertunities. A 5.1 suround system rounds out the Home Theater experience.

Great TV for the price, no frills straight up HD television. Works great with an awesome picture, I can't believe I have a 55 inch TV ion my patio by my pool!

Resolution is great,audio is excellent,picture crystal clear, easy to connect to components easily light and not heavy to move. This not a a smart TV you will have to have your own components. Has 3 HDMI, you can connect a PC to the TV also. You don't need a sound bar with this TV in my opinion.

I got this tv on clearance while unexpectedly walking through Best Buy and I'm glad I bought it. The picture and sound are amazing in my bedroom!

We have had this tv for 2 months now and it has a nice picture,no glare,sound not that great but still happy with our choice.
