Fairly good machine and does work very well. Make sure the machine is well balanced.

I didn't know how we would like the efficiency washer but it is amazing. The clothes gets clean. The tub is big enough to do big loads as well.

Washer is great, important to read owners manual to understand that this is a high efficiency washer and doesn't fill water level as high as a regular agitator unit. Great value for the cost.

This machine was defective. It had a bad smell and made an awful grinding noise. It was exchanged for an upgraded model.

Bought this washing machine with the dryer when it was on sell. Its very spacious and quiet. And it looks nice. Bestbuy had a sale going on. I definitely won when i bought this product.

Excellent buy and very good value for the money. This dryer is very efficient and works extremely well. I have never bought Whirlpool appliances before this and have been very satisfied.

Good washer with no major issues several years later. Only issue was pulley under washer came loos which was able to use wrench to tighten.

Makes a little bit of extra noise but I got used to it quickly. The machine is performing as it should.

My wife and I got this particular model for a very good sales price. Though the newer models don't fill up with nearly as much water as the older ones, this particular model has a setting that allows you to use more water when you need to. For that reason, this model got a good score. Good luck trying to get some of the newer models without agitators to actually clean your clothes. I'm sticking with old school while I still can.

This was another gift for a friend. She's very happy with it. Is simple to use and does a good job.

Works well and doesn't have a lot of unnecessary functions or options. It's a bit loud though.

This is a great washing machine. My father owns two coin-operated laundromats and I ultimately took his recommendation.
