The water level sensors are confusing. Goes by the weight of the clothes in the washer. I like more control over my washing needs. Just have to get used to it.

Got two of these now. Mom got one and liked it so much that I had to get one for myself. The important part, clothes come out clean. Would recommend.

Ok I need the adjatator!! My hubby gets filthy at work and to get his work clothes clean. I feel it is a plus. Love how it self balances and depending on load size is both water efficient and energy,electric efficient. We are only 2 people and this along with the dryer fit perfect!!!!

Doesn't clean clothes well. Softner dispenser leaks while washing.

I really wanted to love this but almost instantly I had issues with the lid. After the first wash, the lid started locking and I had to unplug the unit to unlock it. Eventually I had to get another washer. Word to the wise: make sure you buy the geek squad protection!!

were very happy so far. The washer is quiter than last machine we purchased at best buy. however the installers did a poor job and had to come back in three days.

This is a good machine for those not looking for complicated machines. Still gets the job done efficiently and cleans well with a water level sensor

The washer is good, however, the drain hose had a crack in it Called WP and they had someone come to my home and replaced it within three days.

Most of my appliances are Whirlpool and I continue to replace old appliances with this brand. Like my other appliances, I am completely satisfied with the Whirlpool Washer!

This washer is very efficient in every way. Uses less water, quicker cycles, less than half the detergent & spins more water out which makes less time required to dry.

So far this washing machine has performed excellent. No problems and is a lot quieter that the old one. Installation was GREAT.

Have had no problems so far. A little small but good enough for basic loads. Quite too.

I purchase this machine for my rental unit. It served all the purposes, and yet with good price. Since I pay the water bill, I notice it was not a big water saver compared to the old machine- almost the same.

This washer is a little small but it does a great job of washing and cleaning clothes

The washer works well. The drum is large enough to hold many items. I wish the store would have indicated that it is an HE washer. I did not want to buy special detergent - however, the washer works well. I initially had a problem with the washer not coming off of the wash cycle. I found out that the Geek Squad did not turn on the faucets completely. Therefore, the washer was not getting enough water.

wash takes quite a bit of time, but the job it does is fine

Great machine. I like the top loading machines better than the front loading as this does not get any smell to them.

It's a great washer, love the 2 water cycles. Only thing I don't like Is that the top locks when you put the machine on.

I had went & bought the same washer at another store... The set-up/customer service was HORENDOUS!!! Went to bBest Buy.. Got the same washer with BETTER customer service & a few bucks cheaper!!!

this is an awesome machine. it is so quiet compared to our older one. it is so easy to use and has so many options for the wash needs. you really cannot beat the value of this and the quality.
