Cleans great easy to operate. Does seem to take a long time per load. Would like to adjust my own water level.

The machine does a wonderful job of getting clothing clean. It can be a little noisy, but does what it is supposed to.

This machine is awesome!!! It washes cloths automatically! OK now with the sarcasm out of the way, this is an amazing washing machine. It uses less water than my old top loader. It's quiet, allows low water 'Normal' wash or full tub 'Full Water' or 'Bulky Items' cycles, all while sipping water, and saving me MONEY$$$ You should buy one, you won't be disappointed.

I actually can't say enough, i bought the washer/dryer combo and fell in love with both of them after my first use and realizing what all the options were. I wasn't actually even aware that it was a HE washing machine until i went to use it. I am really very very happy with me choice and i really can't believe the price i got them for. Very affordable, works great, lots of options, no complaints whatsoever!

When our old washer died, we wanted to get a non-high-efficiency washer (based on what the repairman told us). However, most of those had poor reviews. This model had good reviews, and so we bought it. It's capacity is a little larger than our old machine. It doesn't seem to take as long as the larger high-efficiency models. It has some ability to control water amount (for cases when things are really dirty). It's been doing really well in the 2+ months that we've had it.

So far we love this new washer. It's quiet, simple and easy to use, and nice that we don't have to worry about setting the water level. The new Energy Efficient washers take a little getting use to as they operate a bit different than older washers. Make sure you read up on this. Best to use less detergent than you're use to using, too.

Great washer for a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend to any one looking for an inexpensive High Efficiency washer that performs well.

Loving my new washer, washes clothes very good. a little noisey but nothing loud, if its in a room or closet like my washer I can hardly hear a thing.

Good machine and great price. Our main problems were purchasing the item on-line, and getting assistance scheduling a delivery. That process was painful, and we will share that with friends and family. Additionally, we had posted our issues on-line. We were contacted by a Best Buy representative, but nothing was resolved until we actually called and fixed everything over the phone!!!

Cleans very well, but the cycles are very noisy. The tub is big enough to handle bulky items (comforter, a large load of towels).

It is very different from my previous washers. I have been confused about differences listed on the cycle guide booklet and those listed on the machine. The more I use it, the more comfortable I am. The clothes are always clean.and not wrinkled like some reviews had said.

Never had an HE machine so it took me a little time to learn how to use it. Different noises but overall I'm very pleased!

I have had the machine for a couple months now and so far so good. It cleans well and quickly. It is a bit louder so I wouldn't recommend putting it in a living area. However, it's perfect for the basement. Can't wait to see how much $ I save when I get my water bill!

It does the job! It makes an unusual noise, but its not very loud. I really like my washer, cant live without it. The laudry is thoroughly cleaned.

It's a little noisy and a bit pricey. I paid $399.99 for my Samsung front end loader I bought a few years back. In fact, it was $902 even for the set. I'm disgruntled with the prices of appliances these days. Overall, the product has been good so far.

So far washing machine works great. 3.5 cu ft is a nice size washer. Can fit about 8 to 9 towels per load. Pretty fast clean cycle for being a hi-efficiency washer.

Its a great washer.. Does all the it says it does, and I like the big and bulky load on the washer.. It is a little louder than expected when washing though.
