I did some comparison online and in stores. This washer does not have a lot of fancy controls, and that was what I was looking for. Plus, it is made by well known company. It is not noisy and does a great job.

I give this product a good review. It works well and provides a lot of washing options. I have children that play football and it cleans their clothes and removes the odors. Good product.

Do not like the fact that you cannot select The load size (example: small, medium, large). Also, don't like that once the wash starts, the lid locks, and cannot be opened until after the wash load is complete. There's times when you forget to add 1 more piece of clothing to the wash but you can't add it anymore because the wash has already begun and the lid is locked.

I did not know if I would like a HE washing machine or not but this is easy to use...........load my clothes, pour in my laundry soap and walk a way.

So far so good. I had went to several different places and for the whirlpool washer and dryer was like $900-1200 and that was not including the needed equipment and the sales taxes. I knewww I was on a budget so I came back to best buy and got the best deal ever. Even though I had to wait a week before my stuff came, good things come to those who wait. Customer service of the chain, awesome!!! Love best buy.

Our present washing machine broke down after 18 years of service and we needed a new one for a price that fit our budget. This one fit the bill nicely.

So far everything has been good with the washer. It is a lil loud but it does its job.

I had a need for a washer dryer that fit both my household, just me, and the space available, this fit both my needs and then combined with Best Buy service to install and remove the old washer and dryer, makes this a really great buy not just a Best Buy!

It is everything you want from a washer , non digital so does not break down in a year or two like some of the more expensive models, had plenty high dollar machines and trust me they aren't better, just a lot more expensive to fix and need it a lot more often

This product went beyond expectations. Very roomy and does a great job!!!

Not having a lot of clothes washing to do, I wanted just a basic model, and am very happy with this model. It was on sale and priced right for my needs. It spin cycle spins my laundry much dryer that my old washer did which makes drying much quicker.

Bought this machine to replace my 3.5 year old Maytag Bravo. The spinning cycle stopped working and the repairman said it was basically not repaiable. In my view basic is the way to go these days.

Works fine had a problem with the height / length of the discharge hose but Whirlpool sent me an extension. I much prefer a top loading washer to a front loader as It's much easier to use.

I choose this washer because of the price.i use it the same week,and i fall in love with it, it washes very clean makes very little noise i would not hesitate to recommend it

My old washer broke down so I was in a bind to get a new one. I found this one, and for the price I couldn't go wrong. This is a nice machine, washes clothes fast and is pretty quite, does a good job cleaning them as well.

my only complaint is you can't choose your water level. I don't like the system of sensors it uses.

My Whirlpool Washer that was 30 yrs old when it died. This was my first experience with a He Washer but it works really well. You have to get used to the He washing machines making different noises due to the sensors. I hope it lasts at least half as long as my 1st washing machine did. I would recommend this model to anyone.
