My old washer broke down so I was in a bind to get a new one. I found this one, and for the price I couldn't go wrong. This is a nice machine, washes clothes fast and is pretty quite, does a good job cleaning them as well.

my only complaint is you can't choose your water level. I don't like the system of sensors it uses.

My only holdup so far with this washer is if the load is not even, I'd say at least 95% even, then the cycle stops leaving the clothes drenched and requiring the cycle to start over manually after adjusting the load. Only happened a couple times before we ensure its loaded well now but was frustrating at first. Excellent as far as how well it washes clothes and would definitely recommend.

I purchased the Whirlpool - 3.5 Cu. Ft. 9-Cycle High-Efficiency Top-Loading Washer for my son. It performs great and was quite reasonably priced. The convenience of being able to pay for it at my SC Best Buy location and scheduling to have it delivered and set-up through a Best Buy in NC was outstanding!!

This washer is easy to use, exceeded my expectations and the price was right! One more thing -- it is made in America!

Ok I need the adjatator!! My hubby gets filthy at work and to get his work clothes clean. I feel it is a plus. Love how it self balances and depending on load size is both water efficient and energy,electric efficient. We are only 2 people and this along with the dryer fit perfect!!!!

This washer is good. Cleans the clothes well. It is a little annoying that it does a half spin for about 20 times weighing the load to determine the water level. I would much rather select the water level myself. All of this automatic leveling adds about 20 minutes to the length of the time to completely wash a load. Even small loads take an hour to cycle. I wish we had researched prior to purchasing. It runs loudly too.

Got two of these now. Mom got one and liked it so much that I had to get one for myself. The important part, clothes come out clean. Would recommend.

I purchased this Whirlpool because my previous one was a Whirlpool as well and last almost twenty years. I am always pleased with Whirlpool products - the additional bonus was the price - under $400!

Best washer is very good it's quiet the only issue I have with it is sometimes the little black when there's no clothes inside of the machine but other than that it's an all in all good washing machine.

The washing machine does a good job, cleaning clothes well. It leaves less water in the clothes, making it dry faster in the dryer. It does make a lot more noise than our last one, and it does move some.

It is a good washer, but I am not satisfied with the fact that the water level is determined automatically, not me.

I've been using this new washer for a month without any issues. We make lots of laundry and it keeps up very well.

Decent Whirlpool Washer. Not big so perfect for college kids moving into an apartment. Fits decent size loads. However, I exchanged it for a 4.5 Cu Ft. Whirlpool Washer due to its lack of size. I found myself washing clothes almost every single day in order to avoid over-filling the Whirlpool 3.5 Cu. Ft. 9-Cycle Top-Loading Washer. Would recommend, but just to certain people.

I hadn't realized this washer works better with High Efficiency Detergent. Works OK if you dissolve Regular Detergent in a cup of Hot water and stir all the "grit" is gone. Then hit "Pause" button and add to clothes when the "WASH" cycle begins. Seems to take quite a bit longer for a load to finish. But they do come out clean. I prefer a little more water when I run a load, but I suppose it's a good idea to conserve on water usage.

I bought a new condo and needed a washer and dryer. Did not need an extra large or high end product. I have used the washer several times. It works well. Clothes come out clean and the spin cycle seems to work well. The only comment that I have that keeps it from 5 stars, is that it is noisy. That is not a problem for me, but, just wanted to mention it. Delivery went very well. The called prior to coming, there were three delivery men, they really knew what they were doing. They did a test run of the washer and dryer to make sure all was connected properly. All in all, great service. I think Best Buy does a really good job at delivery and installation.

I was hesitant reading reviews, but we love this washer. Not too loud, cleans well, can handle king size comforter. No complaints so far.

Like the dryer, this machine is operating perfectly so far. It does make a lot of weird sounds as it changes modes, but, it's a washing machine, that's what they do. The noise is not objectionable, and for the amount of time spent washing each week, does not bother us in the least. My wife says the clothes are coming out much dryer then our old Kitchen Aid, requiring less drying time. All in all, like the dryer, this was a good purchase. Also, the excellent delivery and installation provided by Best Buy are the same for this waster as they were for the dryer, as they were both purchased st the same time.

Got this washer on sale at BB. So far... I'm a happy owner! A number of reviews here say the washer doesn't drain the laundry well - I haven't had that problem in 2 cycles per week for a month now. I believe how you place the laundry in the drum makes the difference. If you want to dump it in and run your cycle, draining will be poor. If you lay it in stretched out, over one another; draining will be perfect. It's not a fancy washer, but it's great. If you just want to wash you laundry, it's perfect! If you want a washer that welcomes you to a new laundry session, this' a wrong stop for you.

were very happy so far. The washer is quiter than last machine we purchased at best buy. however the installers did a poor job and had to come back in three days.
