This is my husband and I’s first front load washing machine. Still trying to get use to not having a top loader but we wanted to do a counter top in our laundry room. It seems to be washing our clothes good so far!! Only have had it for 3 weeks so time will tell. Hoping it lasts longer than our one year old Samsung!

We have had no problems with our new washer but only had it for a few weeks. It's a little loud, like other reviews have said, but no big deal because you can tell it's really washing. If we close door to laundry room you can't hear anything. A little worried about the door, similar to last one we had and it was reason we needed a new one. It was hard to close and eventually wouldn't close. We had it fixed once and it broke again. Also a little hard to turn on. You have to hit the button a few times. Cleans fine so no complaints. Only reason I wouldn't recommend is because of the door and the difficulty in starting.

This washer was an open-item and I could not be more impressed. It is quiet, very energy efficient, handles large loads well and has many options to choose from for various washes. The color is beautiful and I couldn't be more happier with my purchase.

This new version for the same higher end Whirlpool washing machine seems to be functioning better then the one it replaced recently that only lasted five years. Now, when you call for 25 minutes of wash time, it actually runs 25 minutes instead of "sensing" for itself what it thinks is better then what you selected! That alone is a big improvement. Also, the viewing door (it's a front loader) has drain holes now that keep it rubber gasket/seal from getting moldy if you don't leave the door open. Good idea to leave it open to dry out any way.

This is my first front load washer, very happy I made this investment, compared to previous washers this one is so quiet and I wonder if it's even working, only time I hear anything is at the beginning of the spin cycle

I used this set as a stackable for the limitation of room. No complaints on the washer.

I was a little skeptical about getting a front load machine but this machine gets my clothes so lean with no stain treatment and it’s vwry gentle as well. This is the best washing machine I’ve ever used and would recommend it the Greyson looks great.

This washer was a brand new purchase for me. So far, it has worked wonderfully. It is quiet, fast, and washes the clothes efficiently. I would buy another one of these any day, if I needed one, as well as recommend to family friends if they needed one as well.

Shopping for a new wash machine, we decided on a returned item, because it didn't fit, and was $250 off the regular price. Because of the savings, we went with the front loader rather than the top loader. The workers at Best Buy were very, very helpful in explaining the differences. We've reduced our water usage by over half, cut electric by one third and only have to dry clothing 20 minutes, rather than the previous 40-60!

We have had our washer just a little over a month. We are very impressed. It's very quiet and we have never had laundry that has been this clean or fresh smelling. Love this washer.

This washer does everything as advertised. It does make a sound like an airplane taking off during 1 stage but it is not annoying. Our clothes have come out clean. We've only had it about 6 weeks, but so far it has been perfect.

washing cycles are longer then I am use to, but the results are good and that is a plus.

I love this new set of Whirlpool appliances. It has made doing laundry less of a chore. I love all the various settings that allow me to optimize energy as well as wash and dry at the best settings for my clothes.

Insisted on a machine which conserves water & electricity and this one easily meets those requirements. Machine is 1 month old. Clothes come out clean & fresh using cold water & He detergent. So far, very pleased.

We first purchased a Samsung set because the sales person recommended it. We ended up making them take them back because all the washer did was walk across our floor and unplug every 2 minutes. We plugged this one in and it is perfect. No walking but it does sound a little like an airplane like another reviewer claimed. Over all I wish it was a little quieter but I am very happy with it.

Very impressed. The larger capacity after my 17 year old neptune washer died. i can get more wash done per load saving water, soap, and electricity. Sometimes a scratch and dent is a good way to go.

This is our second Whirlpool front loader washing machine and so far so good. It cleans the clothes great, has lots of features and looks good. I especially like the Tumble Fresh and Steam Clean options.

I got this washer and dryer set as an upgrade to our tiny old one. It holds so much and really gets everything clean. Just remember to run it on a cleaning cycle once in a while or it gets mildew smelly.
