Modern design with maximum cleaning efficiency. The normal wash cycle is faster than my previous 12 year-old Whirlpool front loader. Which removes most of the water from the clothes to make the dryer time also faster. The garnet dirt indicator releases from the soap reservoir the proper amount of detergent; preventing soap build up unpleasant odor resulting causing machine over use leading to appliance deprecation. It is also quieter. I haven't tried the fan fresh feature but I think it will be helpful to cleanse sports uniforms before going to bed and not having to stay up to put in the dryer.

I have always bought Whirlpool washers/dryers because they never let me down. This one, just like the rest is AMAZING. I was a bit hesitant at first about the Load & Go and didn't plan to use that feature...BUT I am now a MAJOR supporter of it! I LOVE that I only have to add detergent once or twice a month! It makes washing so much faster. I read that some people had problems with mold in the detergent drawer, but I have found that with all front-load washers, it's best to leave the detergent drawer and door open after done washing to let everything dry. I do that every time and have been doing it for years, it makes a big difference in the life of the washer.

I have had this washer for about 6 weeks. Works perfect. Have not had any problems. Installation by Best Buy Crew was excellent. Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Seen previous reviews concerning noise. This machine is a lot quieter than my previous top loader. And with it being a machine, all machines will make some noise due to motors and moving parts. The ability to save money on electricity and water as well as laundry detergent and softener is a big bonus.

My favorite thing on this washing machine is the detergent dispenser, You fill it one time and then it automatically takes the amount it needs. I wash almost every day and it last for almost one month (I did not time that yet exactly). All you have to do put in the wash, select the program and done. The noise level on the washing machine is perfectly normal (really not excessive as some said in reviews) I have a laundry room and the door is always open, so noise is no issue. I also have to mention the Best Buy in Sugar land has outstanding service. Could not have been better. Short term delivery, installation. Perfect.

I chose this washer primarily for the load and go feature, which has worked flawlessly since the unit was installed. I do small loads, so all I need to do is throw the clothes in and start the washer. When the red light comes on, I know it's time to refile the detergent reservoir.

You preload detergent for up to 12 loads but add bleach and softener per wash.. You can add clothes while washing too. It is so easy to operate and has so many wash cycles. I am very happy with this washer.

WOW! We were surprised out how well the front load washer cleans our clothes. Uses less water, and makes adding detergent to the clothes a breeze. The load & go tray is a bit flimsy, but its a huge time saver, and most likely more efficient than trying to "estimate" how much detergent is needed. Only thing we dislike about it is that we have to leave the door open for an hour after the wash so that it can air out, otherwise we were told it would mold or start smelling.

We purchased this washer and dryer combo when we purchased our new home. We wanted quality along with a large capacity. These deliver both. All of the settings these units offer is very much needed in this family of 7!

This washer replaced my 12 year old Kenmore front loader washer. I also purchased the matching electric dryer with their respective storage cabinets since my electric dryer was also 12 years old. My wife and I love these units. They are quiet and offer many energy efficient features for washing and drying clothes. The only 2 complaints I have is that Best Buy sales person forgot to mention you require a separate hose to connect the steam feature of the dryer. Luckily the installers had an extra hose to hook it up. The other complaint is the dryer vent kit is too rigid and short. This does not allow the installers enough clearance to install the dryer far enough from the wall to allow enough clearance to position the dryer. The installer has to literally climb over the dryer to get out from behind it. Recommend purchasing the dryer kit from Home Depot instead.

I've only had this for a few weeks, but so far I love it! It is nice and large, can fit large comforter without worrying about ripping. I have enjoyed the light inside the washer drum...first time I've had that. We have even used the Fan Fresh for my daughter's cheer workout clothes - put them in at night and they are dry and ready to go the next morning. I also like the Load 'N Go detergent dispenser...just wish it had the same for fabric softener! And to top it all of it looks great!

This is our first front load washer we purchased and we couldn't be happier with this product. Purchased with the matching dryer combo. The clothes come out smelling so nice and fresh. There are a lot of features and settings in order for you to get that ideal wash. We also love the fan fresh feature that keeps clothes smelling nice and fresh and from getting moldy if you don't take it out right away. It's very quiet and easy to use. Would recommend it to everybody!

We had a previous set of whirlpool They were still doing great after 10 years. The new upgraded pair , hopefully will do the same. Love the color selected. Ease of operation and quietness.

I love the Load N Go feature and the Fan Fresh...two major reasons why I bought this unit. I only have to put in detergent every 15 loads or so, it automatically adjusts amount of detergent. Fan Fresh starts when the load is finished. One time, I thought I had forgot to hit the start button because the clothes were dry. No more moldy mildew smelling clothes!

After only two months of use, all clothes washed in this machine began smelling terrible. After removing the detergent container, I discovered this was due to excessive amounts of mold (see images). This is only what can be seen from the outside. I am terrified of what the rest of the inside of the washer looks like. This washer made all clothes dirtier than when they entered the mashing due to the mold and can the clothes no longer be worn due to the stench which even other washers which function perfectly cannot remove. Thousands of dollars worth of clothing now have a terrible stench need to be replaced. Whirlpool considers this "functioning as designed". I do not recommend anyone purchase this washer.

I read the reviews and shopped around before purchasing this washer. The reviews were very good but I was torn between the Whirlpool or Maytag. I've always had Maytag products but I really liked the look and color of the Whirlpool so I bought it. It's an awesome machine and easy to operate. Love the load and go feature and it's super quiet. I also purchased the matching dryer.

Regardless of all the features this has, it is easy to use. The washer cleans the clothes well and efficiently. I appreciate the fan fresh feature as it keeps clothes smelling nice and fresh, preventing them from smelling moldy if you don't take it out right away preventing a second wash thanks to some typical teenagers in my house.

Easy to use and very efficient, the Chrome shadow is very nice, love not having to measure the soap on every load

Replaced my LG with this model after quite a bit of research. Load & Go feature is fantastic! It's a little loud but my clothes seem super clean with every wash.

We love this color on our new washer and dryer set. The washing machine is very efficient and seems quieter than our previous machine. The multiple cycle options allow us to run a wide range of loads from small to large and anything in between.

Large and in charge! Works great. Love the load and go soap. Takes the pain out of spilling soap everywhere each time. I do wipe out excess water after my wash days to prevent any stale smells. ( that hasn't happened yet) I'm just being precautious.
