The buying process was excellent and our Sales Consultant was very friendly and knowledgeable without steering us to any particular brand. This Washer/Dryer replaced a 5.5 year old Samsung that had several issues with the door leaks from year one was the main issue. The delivery/haul-off/setup was done today and it was conducted in a very professional manner.. The guys that did this install were experienced and very easy to work with. They took great care with my house during the install and hookup went well. As always on fresh installs, I will keep an eye on water lines and such for any minor retightening that is often required. The Washer seems to be a dream. My only complaints is that if you have cabinets above the machines they will chirp every time you may inadvertently touch the control panel and you have to purchase a separate single load liquid detergent dispenser insert if you plan using different detergents in a household. This item is kinda hard to find and is about $50. So far it is very quiet. The Dryer seem just fine and the hookup went fine with all new vent ducting.

Load and go feature! Major timesaver. This machine is huge! I expected the control panels to be a bit challenging to get used to. As it turns out, they are very into it have to use.

I went to Best Buy and ordered a Maytag washer and dryer. As it turned out, the Maytag they sold me was damaged and they replaced it with an upgraded Whirlpool set, which I was told was manufactured by the same company. The Whirlpool washer and dryer are both great and actually look better than the Maytags. They work fine but a little bit noisier than I expected. Huge capacity, easy to operate, does the job.

I spent quite a bit of time looking at various sizes and brands of stackable washers and dryers. I wanted something that would look good with all the stainless steel in my kitchen and utility room; but, I also wanted something convenient and efficient. I really feel that I got what I wanted with my Whirlpool washer and dryer.

We have the washer as well and both products work very well. Most important is that they are quiet and seem to dry the clothes much quicker than the old drier.

Best washer ever! Energy efficient and gets clothes clean the first time!

If they could stop the front loading washers from being a mold factory this thing would be perfect. After a day of laundry I have to remove the soap dispenser dry it out and leave out so the inside can dry. If you don’t do this it’ll grow mold. Whirlpool advises using affresh every 30 washes but it doesn’t help.

This washer is replacing a 19 year old Maytag that had finally worn out. I love the load and go feature - with ultra concentrated detergent you only have to fill in every 36 loads! It is easy to use, washes well, and quiet. However, when you first start the washer there are a couple of loud clucks that are annoying, other that that this is a great washer.

It is very quiet washes well clothes almost dry when cycle is done.

This thing really deep cleans. So quite. Love the cycle options.

One feature I bought this unit for was not having to put detergent in every time. I'm so glad I bought this. My kids can throw there clothes in, press the start button and I don't have to worry about them using too much detergent. I also love the FanFresh, keeping the clothes moving and air in the drum until I get it into the dryer. Two great features!

Replaced our 18 year old machine with this Whirlpool. Really like the load and go feature for the detergent. Has all the options we need and is user friendly. The spin cycle is not near as noisy as our old machine. Also the fan in the FanFresh feature is a very nice addition.
