It is quiet and washes well. No mold! Easy logical controls. Senses the load size for the right amount of water very well. Like the "add water" feature. No vibration! Much happier with this top loader than the old front loader! The installers were great and am sure their proper installation prevented problems!

So far I love it. I moved into a new townhouse and needed a washer and dryer so I purchased a GE with an agitator. It ruined my clothes so I traded for this model. So glad I did I love it. Fits my comforter better and cleans it without ruining it. More $ but worth it

Love the color and size is ideal for us. We are happy with our selection and the delivery/ installation crew were great. Our only compliant is that it is a little noisy. We find it humorous when the various chimes go off because our dog races to the laundry area and makes strange noises.

I had had my previous Whirlpool washing machine for 13 years before it couldn’t be repaired so I decided to stick with the brand. I purchased this one about one month ago and so far so good. Easy to use. It’s washing well. Both small and large loads. No excessive noise.

I can only compare it to my previous old top loader than routinely had issues. It works great in comparison. Kids are able to figure it out pretty easily, adjusting the settings where needed. No complaints, cleans well.

This replaced a GE front load washer that we got <5 years ago. I like how easy it is to use. Our clothes looks and smell cleaner than the previous washer we have. Im glad we decided to buy this and thanks to the salesman at BBuy Riverside for helping us make the right decision.

Love how big it is on inside. You can pause cycle to unlock lid and add things. It has only shook one time that was noticeable but mostly runs quiet and has appealing noises when cycle is complete :) ! Love it!

We use this machine to wash daily, it has handled Kingsize comforter and big loads of towel and jeans and has cleaned them well so far. We purchased the extra warrantee just incase. It is meeting the washing demands of our family very well.

This is my first purchase of a Whirlpool appliance. I would definitely consider buying other Whirlpool appliances! This washer does an excellent job getting clothes clean. It is simple to use, very efficient and not too loud.

There are 5 in the family 3 of which are kids so laundry piles up quick. This machine washes any size load and saves water. It washes the clothing well. We love it.

Color and finish are very attractive. Quiet machine. Transparent lid is actually pretty cool! Have always had good luck regarding dependability with Whirlpool products.

Wanted a washer without a center agitator, top loader to replace old one, clothes come out cleaner than center agitator model with less water, like the soft close lid.

I love this washer and dryer set it’s big and I also love the color. The controls are all touch and I love the noises it makes when everything is done.

I did quite a bit of research before buying a new washer, this one checked all the boxes for my family. Large capacity, made in USA (not because the quality is necessarily better but it's easier to service if there is a problem), just enough features without being overly complicated and reasonably priced. So far it has been great. Handles multiple loads per day for my family with no issues yet. I believe this is also a direct drive motor vs belt driven but someone can correct me if I am mistaken.

Easy to use straightforward washer. Excellent capacity although it is a bit louder than I expected. Overall happy with this purchase
