This is our first nice washer and dryer combo. We have always had old school hand me downs. I am excited about laundry again. These are so quiet and work great!

I was skeptical of buying the new high efficiency washers. I usually stick to what works for me, but after my old school washer with an agitator broke down we decided on purchasing something a little more current with the times. I typically like my clothes to be fully submerged in water so we went with this one since it does have a "deep water" feature. Also what really sold me on it is the fact that it seems to wash my husband's work clothes pretty good. He's in construction and I always though an agitator was good to have for a thorough wash but this one washes just fine. One con is the length of time, I feel it might take about 15 minutes longer than my old one did, but I didn't think that reason alone was worth docking a star.

Thank you Best Buy for allowing me to return this useless washer. I used it twice and decided I would not be happy with keeping this. The main reason is it doesn’t used enough water to even cover the clothes. The normal cycle was very long. I watched the first 15 minutes on my initial cycle and all it did for 15 minutes was spin and add very sparse amount of water. That’s a long time before it even began to wash. I purchased a Kenmore Elite and I love it. It actually uses enough water to cover the clothes without me using a deep water or bulky wash. The clothes more freely in the drum and the machine is quiet. Thank you again Best Buy for a no hassle return. I am happy the machine is gone.

This machine will hold a lot of clothes. Wife loves the capacity of it. Real good job cleaning anything we put in it

You can’t go wrong with a Whirlpool, water and energy efficient. Great color and sleeker size, not too bulky, it was easy to setup and use.

Love this washer. Very easy to use and it doesn't go off kilter very often. Things come out nice and clean and not very wet.

Combo purchase w Dryer, like the top load so much better than front load. great value and easy to use.

Intuitive and easy to use. Cleans clothes well if you know how to follow basic directions. Quiet and efficient.

It used really little water and I have to set deep water mode to add more water. It sometimes doesn't do what is supposed to do. Like sometimes it doesn't spin, just stops after washing and I had to do a Spin cycle again. It had the spin on, but no spin. When I turned spin mode on and off, it started working again.

This washer runs great it is quiet and gets large loads clean! We have a household of four and can keep up!

We have found this washer to be easy to operate nad washes very well. We are happy with this purchase.

After using a commercial washer for years, this was a well deserved upgrade. It works great, it's quiet, and it's huge enough to wash bedding. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars is because the lid locks and sometimes while I have something in the washer and I'm cleaning I find something that I could've thrown in but the lid locks until it's done washing.

I would highly recommend this washer to any one. It's very quiet and has work flawlessly.
