I love the look of this washing machine but...I feel like it doesn’t clean all that well. It has nice options and everything it’s a nice size but as for a good scrub not so much. Maybe if it had an agitator it would do a better job.

After a number of years, we finally purchased a new washing machine. I would rate the washing machine 5 stars (in that it cleans items well) but it is noisier than our last (front loading). We are happy with the top loading machine after years of wrestling with keeping the front loading clean.

Absolutely love this washer. Can fit A TON of clothes in here without overloading. We are able to wash our queen size comforter in here without issue. Not a huge fan of the touchscreen panel but we haven’t had any problems with it.

Purchased as an open box unit. Paid about half price. For that price I think it was a great deal. Large capacity and is pretty quiet. Have had to wash large blankets twice. Other than that no complaints.

There are probably some features this is lacking that I don't know about since this is the fanciest washing machine I've ever used, but I am very happy with it so far. I also haven't tried to wash anything that is actually heavily soiled yet either, so I may update this later.

We've been using this washers for a few months now, so far so good. Its way better than the front load washer we good. (GE brand). our clothes smell and feels cleaner with the same soap and softener we are using before. Smoother operation especially during spin dry cycle.

This is the best washer I have ever personally used. We bought the washer and dryer set and they both work great. Very sleek design and very easy to use. Can fit a large amount of clothes in here and is not very loud as far as washers go. Would recommend

Bought this washer after my eight year old washer started leaking. It washes great, is super quiet and large inside. I can wash my king comforter with the sheets. It is very attractive looking.

I did have to wait for it 3 weeks. But worth every minute. I’ve owned it about a week now. Great deal, 4th of July Black Friday, great install team, couldn’t be more pleased! Thank you! Lightning zapped my old washer through the gfi.

We have been stuck the last two years at a laundry mat due to being displaced from our home. Finally was able to get a place for washer and dryer the machine works excellent could not be happier with anything else

This washer was an open box item, as someone had returned it for an unknown reason. I have never had a washer with a glass lid. It's so much fun watching it do its thing! There are so many wonderful things about this washer. I love the electronic control panel...my first! It has a low agitator, and a water conservation feature. It senses how many clothes you have in the tub and only dispenses as much water as needed. I haven't had it long enough yet to see a difference in my water bill, but I know it's helping! I got it for such a great price, and I'm sure I'm going to love doing laundry for many, many years!

Absolutely great set. HIGHLY recommend. We had two front load LG Steam wash washers go out and chose these two. They not only perform great but they LOOK great. Fantastic customer service coupled with great Best Buy staff.

This washer is leaps and bounds better then our previous one. It isnt as quiet as I excepted but it works well and looks even better. I didn't buy it for the appearance originally, but my laundry room looks good now.

I am in love with my new washer. It looks as great as it works! Lots of setting choices, cleans well, energy efficient, American made!!

Washer uses quite a bit less water and detergent than our previous one. Great for septic systems, saves excessive water & detergents from entering the field!

This product was an upgrade from my last washer. Holds more than clothes then the traditional washers. I am still getting use to the agitation mode instead of the spin.

I love this washing machine in every way. The color is so beautiful and it is very easy to use. I have not had any issues with it so I would totally recomment it to others.

This is a quiet washer that works well and doesn't seem like it has too many things that could break. The builtin water faucet is a welcome addition.
