Customer Ratings & Reviews

it is easy to use, it is quiet overall it is a good dryer

Good price, dries loads equally, good capacity. Has light inside of tub.

Love the new dryer! It gets everything dry the first time. The drum is quite large so it holds a lot. We are very happy.

I love this dryer. Just big enough for myself. I had this dryer a few years ago when I had two roommates and it worked well for all of us. Amazing find and great price

Works as described, I was looking for a simple to use modern dryer. The dials are large and to the point. I am not a fan of digital push buttons or displays, making this dryer more appealing. I am happy with this purchase from an operation standpoint and it performs as described.

The dryer works great takes less time than my old one.

The dryer is pretty good. The controls are easy to understand. The big lint trap is fairly easy to clean and designed to limit blocked air flow. The door swings down to open and prevents clothes from falling on the floor when you pull things out of the dryer. The drawback is that the door swinging down makes it harder to get things out of the back of the dryer. Also, the door is wide so make sure you have enough clearance form closet doors or other items that could interfere with opening the door.

I purchased this dryer and it was delivered yesterday. There were no issues with the delivery and the dryer appears to be working fine. However, I open my email to see a message from "Best Buy" telling me that I've been charged 299.00 for autorenewal of my Geek Squad Protection. I called the number to complain and during the call things didn't feel right, so I looked closer at the email and saw it came from a @notification.intuit.com address. I closed the call. It seems odd that I get this spam right after purchasing a product from Best Buy.

My dryer is capable of drying multiple bulk loads one after another. It’s quiet and energy saving sufficient.

Easy to use, quiet, efficient. Delivery guys were excellent.

Our old dryer broke and we decided to go with this Whirlpool and I’m so glad we did! It dries excellently and doesn’t take long at all. Very easy to use. I can already tell that we will get many years out of this dryer.

I really like the Whirlpool brand, and I really like this dryer. This replacement of my old Whirlpool drier is an upgrade. The one I had before was very good and lasted for about 20 years. I have had the new one for over a week, and it dries my clothes well, it is simple to use, and it has a great capacity (the one I need for my family).

Works good nice and quiet, drys quickly and is affordable

Exactly what I wanted, inexpensive but does what it says! High capacity which is a must for a big family. Not a lot of frills, but less to break or go wrong. Some have said the machine is loud, but I certainly have not noticed excessive running noise. Seems to dry heavier linens quickly too. Certainly no complaints here!

Quiet, dries well, drop door, manual controls, just what the wife wanted.

Fast - efficient - really quiet. It also fits a TON of clothes. Absolutely love it.

My old dryer was 25 years old. This was a fantastic upgrade, it is very quiet and easy to use. The inside is quite huge as well.

Get the right power cable, simple connection watching the steps on YouTube, easy to lift(pretty light) and installed where the old one was, plugged it in, set it to our usual timed cycle, the buzzer was a reasonable sound we could hear across two room length and was surprised that it dried perfectly on one cycle and my wife loved how all the clothes came out wrinkle free and super dry. We’re happy and hope it last as long as our previous fancy GE. Buy Whirlpool!

I purchased for my dad 10 years ago. Still working great. I then purchased for my own home, the upgrades on this model are great. The pull down dryer door makes loading and and unloading easier. Also, the water level options save water and I can wash smaller loads. The lock feature during spin is great safety item, I don't need it though. As with my first set, the price was reasonable compared to other brands that offered superficial features i.e color, display lights. Still learning.

Quiet and efficient. Easy operation without complex controls.
