We purchased this washer based on family members having similar experiences. The washer may look complicated but the manual and some great engineering end user thought was put in. A wide range of settings to meet our needs. My wife is pleased with the purchase. Therefore as the saying goes...."Happy wife, happy life!" Life is good.

Sorry, wrote my earlier review for the matching washer in the dryer box, not paying attention......however the Washer is great and the matching Dryer is also great. Very efficient, dries clothes quickly and the damp sensor works better than the Maytag unit it replaced.

This is a terrific washer, and it has lived up to my expectations, based upon the research I did prior to purchasing. It's very quiet, and you can definitely tell, from the very first load of wash, that your clothes, towels and linens are cleaner than ever!

my wife shopped around and was considering another model, but this one won her over. Seems well built, looks good, and so far has proven to be very quiet!

So far it has been perfect. Replaced a previous whirlpool duet we had for 10 years. It's huge, quiet and easy to use

Just to preface, I am the last person to publicly roast a company online, but I bought this machine 3.5 years ago and it just cracked in half. We have a busy family, and I do a load every couple of days, but I would expect a machine to last at least 8-10 Years. Find a dealer and get a better made machine, the whirlpool ones are terrible. This is not made for a family.

I was replacing my stackable washer with a new Whirlpool washer and very happy with quality of the product. items come out dryer so drying time is half the time as the old washer and clothes are cleaner.

This has to be the quietest washer I have ever had. The cloths come out mostly dry it spins so fast. I did have a bad experience with Whirlpool service. The new machine tore up my old bath mat and clogged the pump trap. I called there tech support line and they were the worst I have ever dealt with and will not buy anything Whirlpool again.

I love my new washing machine. It's quiet and has so many different things it can do.

I started using my washer and it didn't take long to get used to. I love it. I never had a front washer before its actually my first washer set. I'm a first time home buyer. I used the time delay for the first time and it started washing while I was at work which saved me some time when I got home and is convienient. It doesn't fit in my laundry space because I have a door enclosure so I'm not able to close it but it's OK. Not a deal breaker. I get all my appliances from Best Buy.

Not sure what I can say of a washer's capabilities after just one laundry day, but this one is very good, so far. It did an excellent job on this first week's laundry of, admittedly, not very soiled clothes. So I can't speak yet on its ability to handle the tough stuff. It has more options/features than I will ever explore. And it does look great on a pedestal next to it's twin dryer.

I am absolutely loving my washer! The features have been wonderful and I am amazed at the capacity of the washer.

I've owned this washer for about a year and a half and haven't had any problems thus far. Used in a two person household. I work in a hospital, so I use the steam function to sanitize my scrubs. Very efficient . As far as quiet- I don't think its too bad. Others may feel differently, but I have my washer and dryer in the basement. I can run a load during the day while I'm sleeping (I work night shift) and it doesn't disturb me. The spin cycle is a little loud, but it spins our clothes out so much that they don't have to spend super long in the dryer. A pretty good tradeoff, imo!

I was looking for a modern looking washer that's practical to use. This was the best option in my opinion.

I was afraid of this type of washer. I always buy appliances that are LG and didn't know what other to use. I really am enjoying it and recommend it!

Great washer. Love the color. Love the features. Great for big loads.

Works great. A little worried about front loader as we have never had one and have heard a few bad stories. Our technician that installed it showed us how to run it and a few tips on how to take care of it.

Just got it, but it's working well. Fairly quiet. Clothes seem clean and smell good. Only had it for a DAY!
