LOVE my washer !!! My "old" set was only 5yrs old. I didn't realize how inefficient it was until I bought this. I also love the matching dryer.

Tons of options or just stick to the basics. Either way, the washer produces deeply clean clothes.

This is an absolutely wonderful front load washer. The controls are easy to use and the washer is very quite.

Everything about the washer is great except where the controls are. They are very sensitive. The salesperson was wrong about the washer's door to be changed from one side to another.

Replaced another Whirlpool Duet (12 years old) and love the larger capacity and quieter motor/spin cycle. The controls allow more settings to wash just the way I want it...

Bought the floor model, was in excellent condition and works and looks great!

I like how fast the cycle is, and how much less water is used. That being said, the machine is less than 2 months old and we have a repairman arriving today! Did we buy a couple of lemons? Hence the three stars.

My new washer which is a whirlpool product is already broken. This isn't Best Buys fault, it just does not work for me. In the last 15 years I have owned 3 whirlpool washers to include this one, a kitchen side dishwasher and a water heater. All have had issues and I wanted to purchase another brand this time however my husband would not budge. He loves the pain of appliance repair.

Easy to operate, save a lot of waters compare to my old one.

Clothes are cleaner and smell fresher. Almost dry when taken out of washer.

I was one of the first with the Maytag front loader. Then tried the LG top loader. Couldn't wash a load of towels to save my life..balance issues. This machine is amazing. The cycles are so much shorter. Water usage is so much lower. Clothes are clean. Oh wait the machine and the clothes don't smell. This is just to much to handle. Buy this machine. Randall

Bought the whirlpool duet washer & dryer to replace Kenmore washer & dryer I bought used like 25 years ago! Kenmore's were still working fine but decided it was time to replace. Could not be more happier with replacement choice. Like all the features and price with steel drum was less that others I looked at. Hopefully will last as long as my last.
