I bought this washer during Black Friday. I had to return it after several attempts of trying to match a pedestal to it. Apparently Whirlpool didn't make one to match this particular product.

This washer has a lot of features that make life easier. Large wash drum, multiple wash and spin options. This makes the perfect washer for any family.

Bought this with matching dryer & love it. 3rd Whirlpool washer/dryer combo for me so that in itself tells my opinion. Controls very sensitive so I keep them on lock.

Owned a whirlpool duet washer that gave out after 9 years of use. Walked into store and purchased this open box item and have been very satisfied with it since.

Works great so far. Just can't overload it otherwise the washer doesn't spin properly.

If you buy this product install it yourself. We had the "free" installation and the person installed it incorrectly and damaged the hot water valve. Took a month to get everything fixed.

I bought this whirlpool duet steam washing machine a week ago. It is a replacement for my 8 year old whirlpool washer which gone bad with bearings broke. For the new one when the drum is rotated it gives a sound as if some screws or pebbles are between the two drums, It is noisy. I called Best buy and they sent the replacement promptly. The replacement is also making the noise and may be more than the previous one and I had to return both the machines. Now I have to look for some thing else. They said they will credit my account in 24 hrs so I have to see how much time they take.

Washer is wonderful. Drum is a good size for large loads.

now already one week,its not working well,it could not work properly,it stopped working before completing,and the door did not open,it was locked for 30min,one hour,two hours,etc, i bought it on 11/09/2015. is it possible to be repaired?
