Super quiet and efficient machines, we are very pleased with our purchase. Cloths come out smelling great and soft - love the deplay washer and fan fresh feeatures.

The washer and dryer are great. I debated about buying appliances from BestBuy and Pacific Sales as I've always made my major appliance purchases from Sears. But when they promised 5% back in points I decided to give them a try. After multiple phone calls to BestBuy rewards and being given multiple answers from " the points are supposed to post by Friday (that was two months ago) to 'We need to submit a claim to Pacific Sales", I still have yet to receive my bonus points on a $2500 purchase. Don't think I'll be buying my refrigerator here. Very disappointed and still waiting

If I didn't have a leak in my old washer machine, I would not be so happy right now with my new front load machine. Even my 24 year old son does his laundry with out me prompting him to do so... I am happy with my purchase!

We bought this and the matching dryer for our new home. Four stars since we have only had it about a month, but we are quite pleased with both. They are quite attractive and have the steam functionality which we find is quite useful. The installation team was terrific as well!

Great washer so far. I just let it run for an hour as intended. Ran through some clothes and so far so good! A great front loader. My wife loves the color and our Cat tried to jump on the washer, missed and clawed her way down. However, no scratch! The music sounds like a disco as it turns on and off. Great product so far.

I purchased this washer and the dryer match with it about a year ago. So far, I haven't had any issue with them. The washer is quiet, high efficient. Less laundry detergent used, and cleaner clothes I get. I really love it!

I typically do not write reviews, but I guess I need to say something. I bought this machine about 4-5 months ago. While washing the door locked and did not rotate. I called them up for them to get my clothes out and i return the machine for another one (this was within the return policy). i repurchase same product in Nov and today again i am having the same problem. Two different machines. the same problem. Maybe this time I try a different brand. sucks to have to different brand machines though (the dryer is holding strong).

It's on and washing but you wouldn't now it ,it's that quiet.my other lasted 12 years,and I do a lot of laundry.So it's well worth it.

Make sure you purchase the protection plan with this washer. I had to get mine replaced within the return policy period. Now i am having he same issue with the water pump? And it looks like it will take over a month to fix. Been out of a washer for a week now and still waiting for geek squad to order the part to fix my washer.

I have a Whirlpool duet. The washer part works well but when I do a tube clean, I get alot of suds developing which causes the suds to overflow to the back of the washing machine , down to the ground and create a puddle on the floor. I use TIDE HD turbo during regular wash. When cleaning, I don't use any detergent and use the Affresh tablet as recommended it. I did buy extended warranty. Have had many tech guy come out and so far nobody have been able to fix it. I can't recommend this product.

This is my 2nd pair of Whirlpool Duets. I love the ones I bought in 2005 and hate these! I'm constantly turning them on simply by touching them as I walk by or lean against them - a serious design flaw. There is always standing water in the ring and under the seal and if you don't take a rag and wipe it, it will mold. Their cleaning ability is fine but they really need a design overall. I would not buy them again

Broke and the WP technician said it was not fixable. They refunded us our extended warranty we purchased after the initial washer purchase but refused to replace or compensate for the useless washer. Even the Whirlpool tech said they don't make them like they used to.

The washer start button worked part time right out of box. Then less than 5 weeks old it threw an error 3..2..1..OFF and beep over and over again. During this error message washer continued to was then in spin mode door unlocked - safety concern? YES. Whirlpool 1 1/2 week later sent technician and when he left the washer was fully dead. Parts are on back order (User Interface, Control, 4 Shocks for the drum waiting at least another two weeks. Very disappointed in a company who had our complete loyalty no longer.
