Great product. Easy to operate and does a decent job as a dryer.

We needed a new dryer on the fly and the associates at Best Buy were awesome. They helped us find an open box model, put a warranty on it for 5 years for right around half of the MSRP! The dryer seems to be very versatile with its different heat settings. My wife and I are very pleased with our purchase.

The washer does a good job. My only complaint is with the preset times for the different wash categories. I would like to be able to extend the minutes and/or adjust the water temperatures. But I make it work. The extra fast spin setting really helps to cut down the time the clothes need to dry.

This machine cleaned grimy white socks were the bottoms were still brownish from my old machine--on the quick wash! I used the delicate cycle for my undies that I've always hand washed and they came out clean and undamaged! Con: I wish that it were smaller

Wow! Great dryer....It has settings for "every need." My laundry has few wrinkles even if I don't get it out of the dryer in a timely manner. My favorite feature is the "steam refresh" cycle which I use quite frequently with very positive results.

Love how quickly my clothes dry but they come out wrinkled even if I take them out as soon as the timer is done. I did not hook up the steam portion of the dryer though so this may be necessary for this model.

The dryer itself is amazing but the warehouse person (flower mound, TX) was awful when my husband and 14 year old son went to pick up. He was extremely rude and kicked them out because it was past pick up time even though we were told over the phone they were open later. The delivery person messed up our washer when delivering the dryer. We asked him to level the washer back out after he made it uneven while moving it over for the dryer. He was annoyed and said it was fine. It's not fine. Our washer now shakes from side to side because he made it uneven. The phone customer service was helpful every time though. I recommend the dryer but I DO NOT recommend the pick up from warehouse or delivery service.

Really satisfied with this dryer. I'm so glad we got it. The controls are responsive, the clothes come out fluffy and dry the first time.

After shopping around, Best Buy had the lowest price on this washer/dryer combo. Delivery was a bit of an issue, as the dryer came without feet, and so they had to come back to install those on a second visit.

I have this same washer and dryer in my primary house. They work great there and so far all is great with these in the new residence, albeit a bit noisy.

Had this delivered to the house and the installation was fast and the machine works great! Lots of options for settings.

I had a Duet washer dryer years ago that was easy to use and did a great job. The new one seems to be very similar and I am so far very happy with it

Love the whirlpool dryer. There's plenty of room in it for large items like comforters.

When shopping, Best Buy provided the best prices. Haven't got to try our new appliances, our house is being built.
