Poor manufacturing

We had not connected the water hose yet. We were just drying towels. The first device stopped working after 6 days. We figured the water caused this. The replacement leaked in the same area. We returned this one and went with a different model.

Very Nice efficient dryer

Horrible
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had this dryer for about 8 years and recently had to leave it with my house when it sold, loved it so when I had to buy new set, without even hesitating, I ordered the same set. Huge mistake. On the normal drying cycle it takes 78 minutes to dry a load!! and even then quite a few items are still damp. My old dryer did not take nearly as long and everything was dry! I even called and had them bring me a new dryer thinking it was defective but now that the second one is just as bad guessing it's the way it's being made now!!
