Customer Ratings & Reviews

I love the speed and technology of this laptop—not to mention the color and perfect size. I’m a university student and I recommend it 100%; it’s very easy to use and great for doing assignments.

There nothing i dislike about! It runs fast, no freeze so far, charges fast then the battery lasts for 3 to 4 days without charging

As someone about to start college, I’m really happy with the Samsung Galaxy Book4 Edge so far. It’s lightweight and easy to carry, which will be really convenient for taking it to classes, the library, and study sessions. It runs smoothly for schoolwork, browsing, and everyday tasks, and the display looks great. I also really like how sleek and modern it feels without being too bulky. Overall, I think it’s a great laptop for a college student and I’m excited to use it throughout my college years.

This laptop is great for anything most people do, the snapdragon X processor allows the fast performance where you never have to wait for anything, further the battery life is good and can last a fun day especially with light tasks but can also do light gaming. Samsung also has exclusive features so makes a great purchase for those with other samsung devices, but if you don't use other samsung devices you will miss out on a few features.

First Samsung laptop I've owned. Great purchase! Fast speeds on everything especially day-to-day things. Lots of internal storage with sleek and appealing design. Would highly recommend!

The laptop is excellent—silent, fast, everything we need for basic desktop computing, managing home-based business and streaming the occasional movie. The sound quality is also great. The trackpad with its multitouch gestures feels very similar to a Mac (a good thing!) in its ease of use. I couldn’t ask for more.

This laptop is light and easy to carry. the keys are easy to type with. It is a great buy. The screen is clear and easy to read. The speed is excellent. I purchased 4 laptops and had to return them. This is an excellent buy. I would highly recommend it.

I have only had the laptop for 6 days, but it runs fast & has good battery life. The laptop is also very light weight. Best laptop I've owned thus far. I trust Samsung products as they are made to last.

Excellent daily driver for the price and the fact it doesn’t have a fan due to the snapdragon X, makes it super quiet and a lightweight.

As someone who recently switched from a Mac book to this it’s been wonderful with better processors quicker

Amazing Computer and great deal. It's amazing for school and I love the copilot button. Honestly I use it most

Great laptop easy access to the internet and the best graphics for your laptop

Not sure for others how this product was for them. Attached is an image...it has been stuck like this for about 20 minutes. And sadly I'm past the return period. I have other issues of having trouble turning it on and with the updates, sadly. Not for me but I do hope it has worked well for others!

Amazing laptop, I bought it openbox (excellent) for around $522.⁰⁰ which is a great price for the laptop though, it wasn't technically in excellent condition as it had a little cosmetic damage, (thus the 4 stars) even then its a great machine.

Great screen! I love that it ia compatible with all my Samsung devices. Easy to set up and updates automatically.

I’m extremely disappointed with this laptop. After a relatively short period of use, it started crashing with a HYPERVISOR_ERROR (0x20001) blue screen, making it unreliable for everyday work. I’ve tried the usual troubleshooting steps, but the problem keeps coming back. What makes this even worse is that I bought this laptop while I was in the United States, and I’ve since returned to Egypt. Because of that, I’m unable to return or exchange it through Best Buy, leaving me stuck with an expensive device that has a serious issue. I expected much better quality and reliability for the price. If you’re considering buying this laptop, be aware.

I recently bought the Samsung Galaxy Book4 Edge, and it has definitely become one of the best laptops I’ve owned. The first thing I noticed was the sleek and lightweight design—it feels premium and is easy to carry whether I’m working at home or in the field. The display is absolutely stunning. The bright AMOLED screen with sharp resolution makes everything look vibrant, from documents to streaming content. The large, clear display and smooth 120Hz refresh rate make everyday tasks feel effortless and enjoyable. Performance has also been impressive. The Snapdragon X Elite processor keeps the laptop running fast even when I have multiple tabs and programs open. Whether I’m working, browsing, or multitasking, everything runs smoothly without slowing down. Another feature I appreciate is the battery life. I can go most of the day without worrying about charging, which is perfect for productivity and staying connected wherever I am. Overall, the Samsung Galaxy Book4 Edge combines performance, portability, and a beautiful display in one device. It’s powerful enough for work and smooth enough for everyday use, making it a laptop I genuinely enjoy using every day. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a modern, reliable, and stylish laptop.

I’ve been using the Samsung Galaxy Book4 Edge Copilot+ (15.6”) for a bit now, and honestly, I’m really impressed. The Snapdragon X processor makes everything feel super fast and smooth, whether I’m multitasking, streaming, or doing school/work stuff. The 16GB of memory is perfect I never feel like the laptop is slowing down or lagging. The design is beautiful too. The Sapphire Blue color looks sleek and premium, and the laptop is lightweight and easy to carry around. The 15.6” LED display is bright and clear, which makes watching videos and working for long periods really comfortable. Battery life is another huge plus. I can use it most of the day without constantly worrying about charging, which is great for being on the go. The 512GB storage gives plenty of space for files, apps, and photos without feeling cramped. I also really like the Copilot+ features, especially for productivity it feels modern and actually useful. Overall, this laptop feels powerful, stylish, and reliable. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fast, lightweight Windows laptop with great performance and battery life.

The Samsung Galaxy Book4 Edge 16-inch is widely regarded as a premium powerhouse, being one of the first flagship devices optimized for Microsoft’s next-generation Copilot+ PC platform. Driven by the powerful Snapdragon X Elite processor, this laptop achieves a remarkable balance between raw on-device AI performance and ultra-thin portability.Reviewers praise its incredibly vivid 16-inch 3K Dynamic AMOLED 2X touchscreen (2880 x 1800 resolution) featuring a smooth 120Hz adaptive refresh rate and a custom anti-reflective coating that drastically cuts down glare. Weighing just 3.4 lbs (1.55 kg) and measuring a razor-thin 12.3 mm, it packs a surprisingly robust selection of ports, including dual USB4 Type-C ports, HDMI 2.1, USB-A, and a microSD card reader. It provides seamless cross-device continuity with the Samsung Galaxy ecosystem (like using a Galaxy phone as a wireless webcam) alongside upgraded quad AKG speakers with Dolby Atmos.

Great computer! My HP was giving me trouble for about 2-3 months after purchasing it. I needed a computer that was ideal for students, I could have multiple tabs open w/o causing a slow down and had a good battery life. Ive had it for about month now and it has not given me any trouble. It pairs well w/ my Samsung Galaxy phone. I do wish it was touchscreen, but thats not a big deal. Recommended!
