Ive always wanted to start using a pc, but its always really confused me. This is super easy and simple to use, and runs games perfectly. I stream on Twitch and Im able to run everything I need to all at once without any issues

As a very first time gamer who’s never had a PC, this process was so incredibly easy. The PC works insanely well and I’m so grateful for the Best Buy team who helped me through this process.

Pc was bought for a child and for his every day usage it works perfectly. Cute case with room for upgrades, fair price for its parts. Ddr5 ram so its future proofed. Handles his roblox and minecraft games. Came fully assembled. All you had to do was remove the foam protecting the parts, plug in accessories and turn it on.

Just started streaming love this pc does everything it needs to plus more ! I went from apple back to windows and it’s still like how I left when I was a teenager! Blessed thank you !

This CyberPowerPC is excellent straight out of the box. The only issue I had was removing the side panel to remove the protective foam iside. The instructions tell you to remove screws from the back first. That is incorrect. There are no screws in the back. These are generic instructions that don't match this model exactly. What you need to do is remove the top cover first, it lifts right off using the grip handle in the back. After removing the top there is a screw that holds the glass panel in place. There is one screw for each side panel. Remove the screw and now the panel will pull out from the clips that hold it in. I hope this helps someone because it was very frustrating for me. Now the pros on this piece of art, and it is a beautiful machine. It is super quiet and very fast. I do photo editing with photoshop and other power hungry programs and this thing does the edits instantly. My old computer struggled to keep up. If you're into photgraphy or movie editing this is not just a gaming PC, It will handle the edits with ease. It's expandable. It has plenty of power plugs in the back to add additional SSD's and 6 open Sata ports on the motherboard. I added 2 additional SSD's increasing storage to 2.5 TB's. There is also 2 additional RAM slots if you want more than 16GB of RAM. The lights on the fans and keyboard are cute and all, but I'm not into the glitter. You can turn the fan lights off and I just turned the keyboard lights into a solid white color for good visibilty. One function I did find useful for the fan lights is you can set them to tell the temperature of the CPU. They stay green if it's nice and cool, turn yellow if it heats up, and turns red if it's getting too hot. Search CyberPowerPC fan lights on Youtube to get instructions on how to adjust the lights, it's very easy. Overall I'm super happy with this PC. It looks great, It's fast, it's quiet and it comes preloaded with Windows 11. One last thing I would say is that I ordered almost the exact PC from some internet company named after a river. I ordered new. They sent me an open dirty box that had been shipped out twice before and was taped back up. I had to go through wasting my time with the return and wondering when and if I would get my money back. The next day I ordered the same brand PC from Best Buy. It was a couple hundred more but it has more memory, a better CPU, a better graphics card, more storage space and when I picked it up a nice smiling face handed me a clean new box and asked if I needed help bringing it to my car. If you're considering buying this PC I highly recommend it. But if you do, buy it from Best Buy!

I’ve been using this PC for a little while now, and it’s exceeded my expectations. Setup was quick and easy, and everything worked right out of the box. It runs fast and does an amazing job at running the simple games I play. I’m sure it could handle more complex games as well if needed. I also use it for school work and work and it does great there too! I would recommend getting an Ethernet cord, other than that it’s awesome

This is my first prebuilt gaming pc. It has very awesome specs and is built very durable. Packaged with care.

Unboxing it was insanely easy made sure all components were in tightly and plugged in and ready to go had it almost a month now and no issues playes all the indie games and can play music and discord at the same time tried playing hell let lose Vietnam and it played it flawlessly would recommend to anyone as a great starter PC love the product and best buy they have great support and customer service was a easy process getting it and they verified it was me so people can't take your order because we payed over the app would recommend love this place and products.

I bought this for my sons 15th birthday. he is mostly into gaming. This was certainly a great computer but we ended up upgrading to the cyberpower pc with Intel. Both are great and great value just depends on what you want to spend.

I got this for my son and so far, its running great I haven't had any issues with it we have had a lot of fun playing it runs a lot of games smoothly and the stuff that comes included definitely make it worth it if you're looking for a cheap starter pc trying to get into gaming i would definitely recommend this one.

I've only ever used consoles for gaming but I've had my eye out for a PC. I have 0 knowledge when it comes to graphics cards and etc. I do really like this one though. Very user friendly! So far has been working great!
