I bought into this game after really enjoying Yoshi's Wooly World on Wii U (and 3DS). Yoshi games offer a decent amount of challenge comparable to Kirby games, but are typically a little less so than a good Mario title. The challenge in this game is more in exploring stages well enough to locate each of the stages roughly six to eight flowers and 20 red coins. You'll need the flowers to progress to new worlds, and (mild spoiler) there are a few worlds that will require more of these to reach once you beat the game. Graphically the game looks great running on the Unreal engine. Everything takes on a paper craft look with Yoshi looking more like a stuffed animal. As you earn coins in game you will use them exclusively to buy capsules that contain unique paper craft costumes that work as a bonus health shield in game. Capsules and costumes are random but if you buy all capsules from a particular machine you will eventually unlock all that machine has to offer with no duplicates. So while the costumes are random it's not a blind bag situation and all costumes are eventually unlocked. The only complaint I can level against the game is the soundtrack. It does offer some great music with unique songs, but soooo many levels play the same main theme song with only light alterations. Main stages, spooky stages, all use the same melody. All around I highly recommend the game. If you love exploration in games and mild to moderate challenge this game is great with a lot of content to offer. Once you've beaten a stage you are able to go back and find three "Poochies" playing the stage in reverse with the opposite perspective. You'll also be tasked by a few in game characters of finding special objects in stages after you've played through the stage once. Then trying to find enough coins to unlock all costumes or all costumes you want adds a lot of replayability to this fun game. Just be aware the soundtrack uses the same melody over and over again but in slightly nuanced ways.

Yoshi's crafted world improves on Wooly world and makes it better with new features. The shooting in the background and controls are fun and smooth. However there should be better costumes for the crafted boxes.

This game isn't too complicated and it is visually quite interesting to look at. It would be easy for younger players and it's quite fun even for adults who remember any of the old Mario games.

Follows most of the same patterns as the Yoshi games before it but with a "craft" twist. Eat enemies, create eggs, toss eggs at targets and repeat. The game can get a bit repetitive but that's a given if you've played others in the series. There's also a "mellow" mode for younger gamers which makes the game far easier than it's already "simple" difficulty.

This game is great to play with little ones and has some good co-op for extremely young players. The challenge comes with getting 100% in the game. It’s a fun platformer with creative level designs. Must have if you want to play with a little one, or if you are looking for a relaxing game to pop in when a more difficult game makes you want to pull out your hair.

I love Yoshi games. Ever since the first one game out on the SNES (Yoshi’s Island), they have always been enjoyable. The graphics for Crafted a World are stunning and the mechanics in the game are very creative. I just wish more time was spent on difficulty rather than forcing you to replay the levels just to find items. It was a bit of a grind.

Love this game; it's a ton of fun to play with quite a bit of replay value given the "back side" version of each level and the levels that unlock after the main game. The graphics are also very adorable.

Yoshi's Crafted World is a great Nintendo Switch game. It it full of vibrant colors and the mechanics of the game are easy to pick up. This is a game for younger gamers but I've still enjoyed playing it.

Fun game. Easy to play for all ages. My son is 4 and really gets into it. He needs help from time to time as he progresses through the game because it does get a little tricky, even for an adult.

If you like the Yoshi games or platforming games, you'll like Yoshi's Crafted World. The game plays just like the previous game, Wooly World, with a few additions and changes. I like that they have moved away from the 8 level per world format and added the flipside where you have to find the Poochy pups. As well as added missions where you have to find a certain object in the level after you have played through each level in the world. I also like how you don't necessarily face a boss at the end of the world. Overall it's been fun as far as I've made it in the game. I would definitely recommend it to fans of previous Yoshi fans, Nintendo fans or fans of platforming games.

Ive never played the Yoshi games before and am in love with this game. Nintendo put a lot of love in the levels and the decor. Game is so much fun and even more so with a friend.

This game gets some flack for being too easy. If you want a challenge then make a goal of 100% the game. It’s a fun game that is a good way to unwind after a stressful day.

I originally played this at the Nintendo NY store in Rockefeller Center and enjoyed the heck out of it with my lady. Ended up making this purchase on Mar10 Day so I got it for less than the usual $59.99 which I would've gladly paid. Anyway, about the game itself, its a load of fun, especially when you have a second player to go along for the adventure as my lady and I did together. The visuals are stunning as well, the various textures conveyed really look impressive in a way only Nintendo can pull off. If you don't already have this one in your Switch library, you're missing out.
The artwork in this game is just splendid, and the gameplay is great too!

Good chapter in the world of Yoshi. Good for all ages and not too hard for the not so hard core gamers. Highly recommend!

Great visual graphics and has 2 player co op as well. Not too challenging but later in game it gets a little harder but again the graphics is what makes the game fun.

This game is an enjoyable change of pace from the more serious games that come out on a regular basis but if you are looking for a challenge, this isn't it. Very much catered towards a younger audience but don't let that keep you away. Just like most nintendo titles, it is still enjoyable.

Love the simple gameplay and make me remember a little bit Yoshi's Island
