I’m still wishing and hoping that the protective screen coating works. Instructions were confusing so I reached out to Zagg and the Customer Service guy provided by info. However, finally reache a customer service rep who was quick to register my purchased product and sent me a replacement protector if I screwed up the installation. Hoping the next time around will be better.

Does exactly what it is supposed to do and protects my screen.

Well seems with all the new Samsung phones including my Note 8, the glass is curved. The protector lifts some only on one edge but goes right back in place. Had Geek Squd install for a fee so it's covered. Reviews show tempered screen protectors tend to pop off so went this direction. Hopefully it will be fine. Best Buy is very easy to deal with.

I bought this screen protector after having at least 5 other Zagg glass screen protectors and them immediately breaking on my S8+ (even the Sapphire!) and figured I'd do something different with my new Note. Immediately the edges on the curves of the screen didn't stick. I installed completely to the guide and everything, got every inch with the gel. I'm afraid the protector will come off one day.

The feel of the screen when using is great. It certainly will protect from scratches. Only issue is the sides want to peal up on the curved surfaces. I was told the glass version is more problematic for this issue.

The cover itself is fine, but the curved edges of my phone do not let it fit perfectly. Therefore, it comes up on the curved edges. I don't like that part.

I can't believe this screen protector doesn't scratch and always looks clean. It doesn't even smudge. There are no bubbles and the feel is so smooth. I've purchased other screen protectors that always need to be cleaned and replaced due to scratches.

I bought this screen protector after reviewing different brands and reviews and this was a clear winner. After about 2wks use, the sides are coming off. Ps I use a note 8 with a curved screen

I initially purchased this protecter for my new note 8. The first package I got was defective the sticker wasn't actually peeling off correctly but Best Buy exchanged it no problem. Since I was there I went ahead and paid the $7.99 for an employee to install it in there dust free room. He accidentally placed the sticker over the camera, I told him and he went right back to the shelf and got a new one. Once placed, since the sides of the new note 8 is curved the sticker comes up a little. The guy said to keep pressing it down and it'll conform to the curved shape. If I have any issue to just come back. It's been a week now and I have no complaints, it's working great.

This product does it's job. I am not pleased with the bubbles it leaves on my screen. Yes I had geek squad install it. I spend 45 waiting while they fumbled with it. I was highly disappointed and irritated.like I said this product does it's job. But the amount of work in getting it placed correctly is not worth the hassle

This looks very good on the phone. If you ask someone in the store to help you put it on, they are kind enough to do so. You can hardly tell there is a screen protector on the phone. Good product to protect your investment

I was hesitant at first because I prefer the HD glass shield but the store was out of stock. I didn't want to leave the store without any screen protection so I bought it. I paid for Best Buy to install since it's a wet install. I still prefer glass but so far it's been fine. I could see where the edges did not adhere as well but I ran my thumb along the sides and it seemed to do the trick. I have a commuter otterbox for my case that covers some of the edge so it works pretty well with the screen protector. I gave 4 stars since I've had it for a little over a week. We'll see as time goes on...

Wanted to get a glass shield to protect my screen as that is what I have done with all my phone. The rep at Best Buy explained that the glass shields would not sit directly on my screen thus being a different fit. Was not thrilled about getting a plastic one especially because of the installation....I always end up with bubbles when I do it. The rep said that would not be an issue because he would install it for me. He did a perfect job and no bubbles whatsoever.

Even though I bought insurance for my phone, I wanted to have a screen protector to keep the screen scuff and scratch free. 'so far so good, but the application of the screen protector was cumbersome to apply and as hard as I tried, it came loose on one edge and a bubble managed to remain no matter what I did. I have had easier and better in the past.

bought this for my husband because the last GLASS screen protector we bought saved his phone from literally cracking in half. the phone dropped and shattered but the screen protected the screen

I did ALOT of research before deciding which screen cover to buy. I still had the plastic on it that it comes with bc i didnt want to risk it getting sctrached. I intially wanted the hard one bc i thought the protection would be better but after reading the reviews i went with this one. I had them apply it for me at the store. They did not charge me. The quality of the pic on the screen is still amazing. the only thing is it isnt adhering tight to the outer corners bc they are curved but it is still the best option...for now...
