...with how it is placed on your phone. The Best Buy employee put mine on and it didn't adhere at the bottom corner. He didn't use the alcohol wipe first. I kept trying to push it down but it would lift. I then tried to take it all off and start again but you can never get every fuzz off after that. Good thing I registered the warranty. I paid shipping and handling but got a free replacement quickly. You just have to send the old one back or you'll be charged for it. I followed the directions exactly and iris fully adhered and no longer driving me crazy.
