Starbound Beast [CD] [PA]

I admit it. I bought the first cd because Jill is a babe. We all know she is. K with that aside....she is an amazing singer! Some of her screeching can take getting used to, but she definitely knows how to front a metal band.

A solid effort from a traditional metal band. Their cover of Judas Priest's 'Running Wild' is a good description of their style and sound. It's all there, good riffs, good solos, good singing...could use a little bit more in the songwriting department at times, though, but it's still pretty good.

Much better production that their first album,with a warmer,but still punchy sound. Jill's vocals are fantastic and the rest of the band also sound really good - do not overlook this one - it is a must buy for metal fans!

Just like the others, it's a great album. I wish that the band wasn't all but disbanded right now.

This is a great album from huntress. Production is great. My fav. song on this album is I Wanna.... you to death. I know that huntress will be a band that stays around for a very long time to come. This is metal, pure and simple. If you enjoyed their debut album then you will most certainly enjoy this one. I can't wait to hear the 3rd album they come out with next year
