I already loved Plex for playing personal media across a bunch of different devices. I have an iPhone, Apple TV, Roku, Kindle and Android. Works seamlessly across all of them! Now with a tuner and antenna, I've easily added HD TV to the mix. Great DVR with all the features you expect and amazing picture. Oh - and plays across all my devices also. Need to catch up with the World Cup scores on the train? PLEX!!!!! Anyhoo, this is an amazing product. Get it.

I already had an antenna, so after tuner purchase I was off to the races. Plex was easy to set up up and live tv picture was amazing! The recordings were simple to set up and season passes also easy to set up. Cool that Live TV also works on the Plex app on my phone and Roku too.

Gotta love it! Using just my antenna I can watch and record local channels, that I can then play back any time, any where. On vacation and want to watch local sports or news? No problem! I've been able to tune in to my home server from Central America even! Even my wife approves!

I've used Plex for years, and now with Live TV and DVR, I won't be making anymore payments to Comcast : ) Plex is such an awesome way to watch my movies and listen to music. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Best purchase for streaming I have ever made. I have a hdhomerun tuner I use for my antenna with dvr through plex. my entire library of music is being managed by plex. I just finished creating a movie/tv library after making digital copies of all my dvd's/blurays. All this is possible with plex pass in which I redeemed for this life time subscription. Great value and I plan to continue using Plex for as long as it is supported.

I've used Plex for years to store my archived movies/tv shows. It's worked great for all this time. I used Windows Media Center as my DVR for almost 10 years - but with it no longer supported I moved onto Plex DVR to integrate with my existing Plex setup. It's worked wonderfully and now I've consolidated more of my media into one app/interface.

Plex makes it so easy to run a home media server. I knew that the lifetime purchase would be a great way to organize my years of sports, tv, and movies on multiple hard drives into one convenient place. Plus if you have a network tuner, you cam watch live over the air tv in or out of the house.

I enjoyed being able to test out Plex's DVR and commercial edit features before buying a life time membership. Sadly my old HTPC is not up to the task of digital encoding fast enough. So Plex will have to wait. But this made it easy to decide.

Very happy with Plex in general. I went a long time without purchasing a subscription, because the extras aren't useful to me day to day, but liked the commerical skip function only available with premium. Went ahead and got the lifetime subscription after this. They seem to be adding new features regularly, so who knows what goodies come next.

Plex is a great server to host all of your content on your machine. The subscription allows you to watch live tv (if a tv tuner is present) DVR those shows and use tidal to list to music if you want to . if you do want it, might way until the end of may when they sell a lifetime copy at a discounted rate.

I used Plex free for a couple of years and thought that was good enough. I received this as part of a combo deal with my HD Homerun Quatro networked TV Tuner. Unfortunately by time I got the tuner, I had already got a deal on the Lifetime Plex subscription. I wound up giving the 6 months to my son to hold him over until he could get a Lifetime subscription of his own. Creating and running a Plex Server is not for beginners or casual users however.

Plex is a very versatile media server. It is only for the tech savvy mostly. I use it mostly of the DVR with commercial skip, and music. It has many more features also.

Plex lifetime subscription is the way to go if you are heavy into Plex. It's great for TV & Movies, not so much for music. If Plex can get there music platform at the very least up to iTunes standards, they get 5 stars from me.

If your into Plex this is a must have with all the features you need to cut the cord. The sync feature is a must have for all downtime on the go

Plex is great! I will eventually get the lifetime subscription. It is difficult to understand at first but once you play with the sysytem awhile it'll make more sense. Definitely recommend!
