I purchased an off-brand ink refill cartridge, and it would not print accordingly. I learned that the refill ink cartridge I purchased did not have the HP chip needed to print. After realizing this, I purchased the OEM HP ink replacement required in order for me to print.

I’m pleased with HP ink/cartridges. Used another brand that was less expensive but came back to HP feeling it was better quality.

Went to get a number 65. This was all the had to use as a 63 and/65. Purchased it and it works well in my printer.

I was skeptical when I saw they changed the 63XL to also fit 65 and wasn't sure it would work on my aged printer. But it worked great and I will continue to purchase.

I am very happy with the ink cartridge for my Apple computer that I bought at Best Buy. I have purchased ink cartridges from other suppliers and they do not last very long.

Effective, it does it's job for older printer, my father in law refues to buy a newer model and so he keeps it going thanks to this prouct.

The cartridge is good & lasts long. These are a new sub replacement from HP. However, the delivery was very bad. We were having a heavy rain on the delivery day. Instead of leaving the package under the overhang on my front porch, he or she left them on the steps in the rain. The envelope the cartridge was in was full of water. I dried it out & it seem to be fine.

Ink is smooth and bright in color. Makes printing at home a breeze.

Had a hard time finding these ink cartridges. The store only had one box left but the rep ordered me a few more and had it shipped to my house in a matter of a few days, Excellent service.
