Monitor was obviously damaged, dirty, and not actually refurbished. what's the point of selling refurbished product if you're not going to actually refurbish it? I know they saw the exact same thing I did when they turned this monitor on so they either didn't care or didn't actually refurbish it to begin with. Then the lady at Best Buy tried to tell me I had to ship it back myself, even though it clearly states you can return it to ANY Best Buy store and they will ship it back. After reading her the policy and her conceding I was in fact correct I returned it and purchased a new AOC in store. Everything about this transaction was bad. Spare yourself the headache and spend the few extra bucks and buy new. See for yourself in the attached image.

I've been looking for a single, large monitor to replace 2 smaller ones. Pros: Great screen resolution for standard office tasks like docs and spreadsheets Easy set up Cons: Doesn't work with my work computer (it's a cheap one) Had to put the monitor on a platform since the stand isn't high enough but it was too heavy for the monitor arms I have. I use this for work mostly and really like having all the data on one screen. I wish it had given me a way to check my computer before purchasing. I checked my personal PC, but not my work one.

This product worked great. For the deal of 200$ i was satisfied with the quality and price. The curved part was magnificent and the picture was very clear. I gamed Marvel Rivals and you can notice the high refresh rate and how smooth it feels.

I got lucky and snagged an acer refurbished for a discounted price. Was hesitant but i have bought open box before so didnt see how this would be any different. The screen colors are amazing for ultra wide after tweaking some of the settings, its perfect for multitasking or even getting that immersive feel in gaming or evening a movie or show. Did not expect this model to have speakers built in which is a plus from me since i also like to game with this in my Playstation so no need for a headset to get sound! Even at base price id recommend this.

It is nice and big with very good picture quality. My Son loves it. You cannot be the price for the quality you get from this product.. I tell everybody to shop at Best Buy because they have the best deals even if it is refurbished used or open box. Best Buy is a place to go to when you need any electronics.

Fantastic color; the size is perfect for working and playing

I’ve been very impressed with this monitor, especially for the price. The 34-inch ultrawide screen gives games a much more immersive feel, and the curved display makes the larger screen comfortable to use. The QHD resolution looks sharp, and the 200Hz refresh rate makes gameplay feel extremely smooth. I was also happy with the refurbished condition, it arrived looking great and has performed without any issues. The extra screen space is also really useful outside of gaming when I have multiple windows open. Overall, this has been a great upgrade to my setup and I would definitely recommend it.

I love the product for like 95% of the time. When I'm using it for casual gaming, or something not action intensive it's great. Just be aware that there can be some visual glitches on the left side of the screen periodically, and when you go through the customer service for the product, they basically just tell you to return it. Like what? Anyway, other than that it's great.

Bought this a week ago and it’s awesome!!! Only quirky thing is the center aim does not stay off when it’s shut off, I also haven’t tried real hard to change it because it’s easy to flip back off

Easy to use quality is really good for the price and was a huge upgrade compared to what I was running previously

This monitor works okay. But the picture “glitches” every so often.

The display was good even better than some more expensive monitors I've had but it flickered and when it arrived they just sent it in a box with no packaging or anything loose ended up returning it
