I recently grabbed this on a sale where it was marked down to close to $600. I've seen it bounce from $900+ recently and then down to the $700s range. Definitely grab this at $700 or less. It is a pretty fun laptop so far, and for the most part can handle all of the games I have thrown at it. You WILL need to upgrade the RAM immediately and fill the 2nd m2 slot immediately as well. 16GB is not enough to power through some of the more intensive games and you will fill the 512GB m2 that is comes with very quickly. A few things to note with this laptop: - It needed the 32GB RAM upgrade and 2nd m2 slot filled with a 1TB stick ASAP. - The fans are seriously LOUD. So have a gaming headset handy and be wary about sitting around others in your family with this beast, they will get annoyed. - The laptop had to have a full wipe from the get go as it got the blue screen and ran very sluggishly. Full wipe to remove the bloatware and other extraneous items is a must. - Do not expect this laptop to score higher than budget gaming pc on 3DMark. Most of the benchmarks it makes it above office laptop. The chip on this is what seems to hold it back. - Battery drains quickly, so this is a laptop meant to be plugged in for extended gaming. I was thinking of returning it b/c I was getting annoyed with the 3DMark scores and the performance BUT I decided to just keep it as, for the price, this is really the best you are going to get. Especially with all of the rising prices. Other better laptops will be double the price if not more and to be honest, this is good enough to play some of the fun games out right now. It is definitely NOT future proof.....so I would guess this thing would last you maybe 2-3 years before the games coming out need to be run at lower graphics.

The Acer Nitro V ANV15-41-R2Y3 is a solid mid-range gaming laptop that offers impressive performance for the price. With an AMD Ryzen 5 7535HS processor, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 graphics, and 16GB of DDR5 RAM, it runs most modern games smoothly on medium to high settings. The 15.6” Full HD display with a 144Hz refresh rate looks crisp and fluid, making it great for fast-paced gaming. The 512GB SSD provides fast load times and quick access to files, though storage might feel a bit tight for larger game libraries. The design is sleek and clean with an Obsidian Black finish that looks professional without being too flashy. Battery life is average—about 3 to 4 hours under heavy use—so expect to stay near a charger during longer gaming sessions. The keyboard lacks RGB lighting, which may be a downside for gamers who like customization, and the speakers are just okay—headphones or external speakers are recommended for the best sound. Overall, this is a great option for anyone looking for a powerful and affordable laptop for gaming, school, or content creation.

Excellent gaming laptop, this thing is a literal beast. Yes it’s a bit loud but you could easily cancel the noise out by wearing headphones, battery life only last an hour but you could still get game time out if it. I do recommend playing while on the charger since it boost the performance but try to keep it to a minimum. Other than that the laptop runs almost every game perfectly fine.

The best beginning gaming laptop featuring a easy 16gb of ram, fantastic refresh rate at 144hz clear picture and sound quality and storage kinda low but has a extra ssd slot for quick upgrade Fast setup easy and ready to play in less than a hour tops and downloads and performance modes The battery will last for about 4-5 hours however it will play in performance mode easily and you can still be fully charged in less than a hour I'm 100% satisfied with gameplay and multi media use

This is hands down the best laptop I’ve ever owned, and I’ve had quite a few. The processor handles anything you throw at it, making it perfect for gaming. I can run any AAA title effortlessly—Call of Duty, Cyberpunk 2077, Diablo 4—all without a hitch. The 144Hz display pairs beautifully with the GeForce RTX 4050, delivering smooth gameplay. The 4050 also supports DLSS and, more importantly, frame generation technology, which significantly boosts frame rates in demanding titles. On top of that, it comes with 16GB of DDR5 RAM, which is more than enough for most tasks, and if you ever need more, upgrading is easy. Storage is also flexible, with an extra M.2 slot available for expansion. If you’re considering this laptop, just go for it! I got mine on sale for $599, and with Best Buy accepting my 4-year-old Acer as a trade-in, I received another $124 off. That brought the final price down to just $475 from its original $949—an absolute steal! Huge thanks to Best Buy—I’ll definitely be shopping with you again!

The Acer Nitro V 15 is an excellent choice for both gaming and small design projects. Powered by an AMD Ryzen 5 7535HS processor and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 Laptop GPU, it delivers strong performance for multitasking and creative work. The 15.6-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080) display with a 144Hz refresh rate provides smooth visuals, making it great for both gaming and design tasks. With 16GB of DDR5 memory and a 512GB SSD, it offers fast load times and plenty of storage. The laptop also includes a good selection of ports for easy connectivity. While designed for gaming, its powerful specs make it a great option for design work as well. Overall, the Acer Nitro V 15 is a solid, well-rounded laptop that performs exceptionally for its price.

For the price a great laptop. But mine had alot of issues probably just a faulty one. First off the computer would freeze or shutoff and would not turn on. I had to reset the battery many times. Other issue is i lagging in every game. Glitching alot. Not a wifi issue. Because i got a different laptop and its just fine. This laptop got super hit for me. Cpu hit 100° c. that would also make my game lag reqlly bad. It was a awesome laptop. Mine just had many issues and had to return it. For the price very nice. Wish a little more storage tho. Also the fans are super noisy. They were full speed and still got super hot

I got this for my birthday and this laptop is seriously awesome. Super fast, runs all the latest games without any lag, and the graphics look amazing. It’s lightweight too, so you can carry it around without feeling like you’re lugging a brick. The keyboard feels nice, and the screen is super smooth—great for gaming. Battery life is surprisingly decent for a gaming laptop, and it doesn’t get crazy hot like some others I’ve used. Overall, it’s just a solid, high-performance machine that does what you want without any hassle.

Been streaming and I absolutely love this gaming laptop, people say it could be loud but just keep it on balanced mode and performance and you’re good to go. NO complications when it comes to high end games, just tweak settings. Perfect for streaming games and perfect for everything honestly it’s got everything u need, no need to buy a PC if you don’t want to. Highly recommend it to anyone since it runs smooth and has perfect quality. :)

I fell in love with it immediately the moment I saw and bought it. Even with the minimal storage and performance, it was the best gaming laptop I’ve ever had.

So I just purchased this laptop yesterday after a series of stress testing both the CPU and GPU with both Cinna bench and Furmark I would definitely say this laptop for the $600 price point is 100% worth it now I get it 6 GB of VRAM on the graphics card, especially in today’s era doesn’t really seem like a lot, but you can easily run all of your favorite games at either medium to high or high settings and they look fantastic. The only weak part is the display on the laptop, but just get a monitor it doesn’t even have to be expensive one. The one I’m using right now is like $100. And I almost forgot about this. I did have a few issues right out the box, but I had to download AMD‘s adrenaline application to update all the chipset drivers. Once that was done, everything‘s been running smooth. So I will have to knock it down one star on ease of use because not everyone’s tech savvy so your average person might not know that they have to go and download the adrenaline app directly from AMD’s website.

The battery drains very quickly. The graphics are good, the design is bad. The memory cards are soldered, and it is impossible to expand the memory.

It's a budget laptop. You can place sea of thieves on it but it has a tiny leg spike occasionally. You can also play Minecraft with around 50 mods that I have implemented, maybe more. It runs smoothly nonetheless. I don't have any other games that demand high performance. I haven't tested how good the battery is since I have it set to performance mode when plugged in. If you don't like it return it. You have 30 days, anymore than that and you have to pay a restock fee. Try it for yourself and let me know how accurate my review is.

The computer is decent, however I’ve had issues with some games, even playing at the lowest settings I’m experiencing performance drops, it also tends to get the cpu around 90°C which I think it’s a little concerning (with fans at max speed). Also sometimes without using any app it gets over 65

10/10 I would 100% recommend this gaming laptop!! It runs everything so smoothly All the games I’ve downloaded and played I’ve enjoyed so much because of this pc. It runs high ram games beautifully

I love the laptop but I would say that since you have a very decent GPU the battery drains very quickly when gaming. Overall performance great.

I was looking for a laptop to run my stream since I game on console. This has not let me down! With a great range of bitrate streaming the 1080 at 60 FPS has been perfect. I am able to stream at the highest quality and record at an even higher quality. Soon I will be picking up some memory and fam upgrades. I hope I won’t need to look for a replacement for years to come.

Honestly very good, runs every game very smoothly but the fans are very loud, basically always had it on quiet mode and 50+ volume, speakers are pretty week, but overall good laptop VERY THICK THOUGH

Idk if this is user error or what but when I first got it, it was fine right? But literally the day after the one month return policy was over my computer started bugging out, it would give me the blue screen of death continuously and no one knew what was wrong w it. Luckily thanks to the nice ppl at Best Buy I was still able to exchange it for a new one. Also the battery life sucks.

Excellent product! This works great and I have had no problems so far. The battery life is amazing. The screen looks great and the keyboard feels comfortable to use. It has many more features built in features like the fan speed. You can go in daily use mode, gaming mode, and even quiet occasion. This built in app also has check ups, monitoring, app center, and many more features. You can change audio in advanced setting like RPG, Shooter, Movies, music, Etc. One of if not the best gaming laptop I’ve ever bought. If you’re looking for a laptop that can do everything like sending emails, doing homework, watching Netflix or YouTube, and gaming. This is definitely the computer for you. This computer is a one of the best for its price. Amazing product thank you to whoever made it.
